A good place for fusion dinner that you can either italian food or local food. Will go back again.
Wenz, who served us, was exceptionally courteous and amazing throughout our visit. He checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything or to ask how we were enjoying the food, making sure everything was perfect. His attentiveness made our dining experience truly memorable, and I want to commend him for his outstanding service. He went above and beyond, even offering us biscuits while we waited, which was such a thoughtful touch. It’s rare to have such a splendid dining experience, and Wenz made it one to remember.
Great service, waiter was attentive and proactive. Young indian gentleman. Did not get his name
Comfortable seats and good ambience, nice food. However they forgot our dessert - but it was ok since we could save some calories.
Food was overall great. Price with one for one was worth. But they don't refill the lobsters and oysters as regularly as other hotel buffets.
Good S$198 sharing steak of 1kg. Free flow bread and butter is great. 50% off promo for ala carte items and chef signatures for month of august on thurs dinner and fri lunch very worth it.
Visited Racines restaurant, indicated the use of cake voucher during reservation and was told need to call to reserve for whole cake when arrive. The kind waiter took the effort to check with the chef and managed to have the cake for me even though I mentioned it’s okay. Both food and service are good!
Quality of food is good, however disappointed that there was no Sunday buffet available. Service is good n environment cozy.
Compared to previous visits service was slowed and bill was not correct (charges twice a 16 sgd bottle of Perrier)
There was confusion over billing due to charge on dish substitution. The restaurant needs to be flexible as regards serving vegetables over rice as guests may have differing specifications.
Service staff, Jason and Pricila Osman were rude and unapproachable.
The richly infused tea was a perfect blend with the otherwise greasy meal.
Rey and Osborne's service were of an exceedingly high standard.
The salad was refreshing, a great respite from the sweltering heat.
Nice ambience, good food and great service. They have interesting selection of desserts and cocktails on the dinner menu.
Food great Very slow service. Did get apology and small discount
The french fries was prepared to excellence. It was a perfect side dish.
It feels like home to me. The staff are always warm, friendly and attentive.
The hainanese chicken rice dish was good but could be enhanced if the vegetables were not mixed with the sauce.
Palatable food. Warm and PROMPT yet intrusive service. Value for money.
The salad tasted fresh and tantalising. It was a great and light appetiser to the entree.
Enjoyed the food! But the lamb was a bit tough won’t recommend that, preferred the risotto
The teapot was changed to a ceramic one and it does not retain heat as well as the steel one. However, it did create an aesthetic blend to the relaxed lunch ambience.
Service by Rey, Osborne, and Jason was personable and attentive.
The dinner ambience was a great conclusion to a hectic week and enhanced by excellent service standards.
The crunchy salad was a wonderful prelude to a light, delightful lunch experience. This was complemented by a full-bodied tea on a rainy day.
The chicken satay was delicious but slightly overpriced. It's portion could be enhanced.
The club sandwich was a true delight. Only the freshest ingredients were used. A truly wholesome lunch.
The oriental hokkien noodles was a little flat. It could have been prepared less watery and with thicker gravy.
The crabmeat fried rice and chicken satay was delightful; a change from the usual Western flair.
Delicious food and good service! The black cod was amazing!
The noise level could have been managed better. Nonetheless, the chocolate tart was a fantastic end to the meal.
The atmosphere could have been better if inconsiderate diners did not blast their devices aloud. Staff should mitigate such conduct.
Food was tasty and the breads were really nice too! Can be pricy but use Accor membership for 50% off!
For the price, the french poulet wasn't worth it. It did not come with any sides at all.
The banana pecan cake was delicious prepared. It went well with the dessert tea.
There was a private event buffet going on which delayed the service got ala carte items. Restaurant should look into better managing such situations.
The souffle was a fantastic round up to the meal. Service was a little slow due to weekend volume but we could still sense the hospitality.
I think the place is nice and food was good
The establishment ran out of french fries which was an anomaly. They offered salad as a substitute which was quite a disappointment. Nonetheless, the service remained outstanding.
The lemon pound cake and the creme brulee were a great finale to the fantastic dinner. Service was great and the ambience was conducive.
The ambience was not the most ideal due to an overwhelming lunch crowd. However, this was anticipated and the service remained hospitable and sincere.
The ambience was not the best. There was a private catering going on and a buffet line for these diners. They could have been hosted in a private space instead of the main dining area.
The duck leg confit was tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. It paired extremely well with a salad and fries.
The lunch crowd was somewhat rowdy but the staff managed the situation well. Tried a refreshing avocado dessert which was great in the sweltering heat.
The Thai insertions to the menu were a delight. The seafood tom yum soup was spicy and tangy and the seabass was fried to perfection.
The attitude of the service staff needs to be checked. Understandably, it was a public holiday, but the crowd could have been better managed. The chicken soup remained delightful and worthy of a return visit.
