Food was great, but service was slow on a slow day (little crowd, more staff than occupied tables). Spent 10min trying to catch wait staff attention to order, and had to ask for the check over 3 times (took >30mins for the eventual check to come).
Definitely quite a nice place to be visiting and will love to visit again in the near future. Service was always one of the best.

All dishes were rather mediocre, the only wow I got was from the bread and butter which was really good! The waiting time for the main course was rather long. Be prepared to wait during lunch and dinner hours. Price was on a high side. I probably will not visit again.

Serves the best laksa and satay in town. The french food is also very good. With Accor plus, the price is very reasonable. Must try is the souffle- done perfectly- so hard to find in Singapore.
I go to Racines multiple times already - sometime the portions are huge. However last night, everything is reduced in portion. My chicken rice ordered is so tiny - only got meat the size of my palm.,,.a bit disappointed really
complimentary wifi at the location, coupled with happy hour^^ would recommend this place for a mid day respite.
One of the best buffets in Singapore! I like especially the cooked food section.
used the chope vouchers together with the visit but realised that they do have promotions for AMEX platinum card holders as well- the promotion is up to 50% off~ (in case helpful for future visits!)

Great ambience! The food was unique because it was a blend of local and French tastes
It was an all round pleasant experience. The information on Google Maps indicated that it was on the 1st floor of the hotel which is on the the 5 level of Guoco Towers. This has caused confusion.

A good place for fusion dinner that you can either italian food or local food. Will go back again.
Wenz, who served us, was exceptionally courteous and amazing throughout our visit. He checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything or to ask how we were enjoying the food, making sure everything was perfect. His attentiveness made our dining experience truly memorable, and I want to commend him for his outstanding service. He went above and beyond, even offering us biscuits while we waited, which was such a thoughtful touch. It’s rare to have such a splendid dining experience, and Wenz made it one to remember.

Comfortable seats and good ambience, nice food. However they forgot our dessert - but it was ok since we could save some calories.
Food was overall great. Price with one for one was worth. But they don't refill the lobsters and oysters as regularly as other hotel buffets.

Visited Racines restaurant, indicated the use of cake voucher during reservation and was told need to call to reserve for whole cake when arrive. The kind waiter took the effort to check with the chef and managed to have the cake for me even though I mentioned it’s okay. Both food and service are good!
Quality of food is good, however disappointed that there was no Sunday buffet available. Service is good n environment cozy.
Compared to previous visits service was slowed and bill was not correct (charges twice a 16 sgd bottle of Perrier)
There was confusion over billing due to charge on dish substitution. The restaurant needs to be flexible as regards serving vegetables over rice as guests may have differing specifications.
Service staff, Jason and Pricila Osman were rude and unapproachable.
The richly infused tea was a perfect blend with the otherwise greasy meal.

The teapot was changed to a ceramic one and it does not retain heat as well as the steel one. However, it did create an aesthetic blend to the relaxed lunch ambience.

The club sandwich was a true delight. Only the freshest ingredients were used. A truly wholesome lunch.
The oriental hokkien noodles was a little flat. It could have been prepared less watery and with thicker gravy.
The crabmeat fried rice and chicken satay was delightful; a change from the usual Western flair.
