Mala Sesame Dan-Dan Noods
• WANTON SENG's Signature Noods. Mala pork mince and egg, slathered with a house-made sauce of toasted sesame, reduced black vinegar with gula melaka.
Nasi Lemak
• Served with an Omelette over the nasi, Fried Chicken Thigh, Serunding and homemade Sambal.
Hamburg Steak (150g)
• Golden ratio of 70 / 30 % beef to pork with onions, garlic & lemon grass patty. Served with a homemade meat sauce and your choice of of fries OR salad.
Seafood Rice (1 pax)
• Baked rice with chilli, lemongrass, shallots, dried shrimp, galangal in day-brewed fish stock, sauteed with fresh prawns, seasonal shellfish and squid.

• Infused creamed mash with a thai green curry with fresh Thai basil Vinegrette.

• 24 hour marinated deboned chicken thigh in heavily spiced ginger, lemongrass, shallots. tumeric powder, curry leaves, coriander seed buttermilk Served with a mayo dip
Fried Squid
• Seasoned with white pepper corn, Szechuan pepper corn, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, star anise, togarashi and garlic powder.

Light brinjal hummus with crispy pork rinds

• Long beans peanuts & anchovies stir fried with sambal served on a base of fried potatoes slices & top with torched eggplant confit in sambal oil. Garnish with serunding

• Wet brined & sous vide for 8 hrs and roasted for 45 mins, basted with housemade char siu sauce
