Restaurant is popular even on weekdays, as +e seating are rather close together. noise levels are high. However, food quality consistently good.and wait staff are plenty to help. Generally nice and friendly except for one or two of them.

Staff were attentive and food was excellent. Definitely recommended to Italian food lovers!

Oso is a high quality dining experience. We have eaten there several times and never been let down. The sax player adds nicely to the ambience.

Psh risotto was not risotto they didnt cook enought the rice. The service was ok. But they were only thinking in the time we leave to go home.

Food very good. As it used to be. New location much less particular and classy than old one. Mix of styles can be described as clash of styles that doesn’t really work. Modern. Industrial. Classicist. What are you? Quo vadis Oso? Doesn’t really work. Service rather poor. Reception and Maitre d‘ very attentive. But actual waiter fairly clueless with a poor relation to the actual product. No Italian upper class experience. PS: stop ironing your Table cloth on the table in front of your guests!!!!!

Nice ambience on the rooftop of the 27-storey hotel. Unfortunately, not much of a view - obstructed on all sides (perhaps the neighbouring buildings don't offer much of a view). Food was pretty good. Pricey, though.

2nd consecutive year of CNY eve reunion dinner. Menu changed slightly - still prefer the old menu . Overall pleasant experience but would like to see some seasonal menu to keep the returning visit interesting.
