Food was good, place was nicely renovated, had a great time with my family.
Food spread served not to our expectation and food illustrated not as per advertisement we saw.
Food cold, not as many choices as the menu. Very limited drink options with warm water. Very disappointed and not worth the money at all!
The newly renovated restaurant - color, lighting, sitting arrangement now looked so spacious and very friendly atmosphere. Unlike before, very dark and cramped. Removing the barongan/wayang kulit figurine made the restaurant more relaxing to me. Cheers I don’t know🤩
Good place and food is so delicious The place is quite big
Delicious indonesian food But But not many kind The place is quite big
Pleasent environment and served good food with available parking provided
Selection of buffet not extensive, could be improved. Staff are kind, patient and helpful.
We came at 1930hrs, however, some main dish were already 3/4 gone. Example fish, mantou bread, chilli crab etc. Even the durian pengat wasn’t topped up. Disappointed with that. However, food definitely have improved since then.
The food soso.. environment too simple n looks like food Court after renovated. I'm still prefer before renovate environment n food more variety than now. I will not recommend ppl to go.
Since their renovation, less dishes and service not good. Lady at reception not polite
wonderful! celebrated a friend birthday and they gave us a complimentary cake! would love it if they provided ice for the drinks
Food not great. Ala carte order has to wait at least 45 mins to be ready. When the yellow rice (which we ordered ) is not ready but other dishes are served, the staff is kind enough to serve us with white rice first to start the meal.
Food spread was not what been mentioned on website. Can be better
Good variety of delicious food, warm and friendly staff, spacious dining area and ample parking lots.
This is our second visit. They have made some change in the buffet spread . We have grilled fish (salmon & berumandi), Chendol, banana fritters with Cheese, blue berry & chocolate, crayfish , laksa, roast lamb. You don’t get bored with the spread. There are pastries too for young children ! Captain and waitresses are efficient and friendly too! Btw Carparking is complimentary! This is a place where the family with very young toddlers are very relax ! It’s really a good family place to relax for a meal.
The restaurant is to congested and noisy. The food is tasteless. The worse is the durian Pengat, it was too watery and tasteless.
Was there to celebrate my younger sister's 60th Birthday by treating her to a buffet dinner. This was my 4th visit & her 1st to the restaurant. Food was good. We both loved the ambience. The Manager & staff were very helpful. Thanks for the complimentary piece of cake & candle which l had requested for my sister. It made her day a bit more special. Just a few points though which l wish to raise. Please provide dessert spoons instead of small flat wooden ones for the desserts. And please provide plastic gloves so that we can enjoy the crab without messing our hands. I always love a bread (sourdough, etc) & rolls corner. Unfortunately, l didnt see one. Nice if you can have a small bread selection in future. Overall a good experience. Thank you!
The food was good. However just a little feedback on the beef and lamb. The texture is a bit hard . Grilled fish was hard as well. Other than that , everything was good . Staff was amazing.
The foods variety is limited as for buffet, and most of the cooked foods are not warm, how come Indonesian foods without Satay? But the overall service is good, and manager is very attentive.
Great food & atmosphere... Staff were very attentive. Well recommended...
Went there for my dad’s birthday because he had a pleasant experience when he went there to celebrate his brother’s dated 23/8. He mentioned The food selection was much more then and the atmosphere didn’t feel like a cafeteria . Several times during dinner, they ran out of plates and bowl. The whole place seems very chaotic. I sincerely hope Kintamani can uphold consistency in food and service so that everyone who dines in can enjoy a pleasant dining experience all year round.
Love the ambience and the food ! Guests are not short of any items on the buffet spread ! Chef is always keeping an eye on the buffet table and replenishes the food immediately ! Well done. The ladies who were clearing plates on our tables - very efficient and smiles at all time ! Well done . It’s a very enjoyable for me and my husband for tonight’s dinner at Kintamani at Furama waterfront !
The food and the service was awesome. The people who served us was kind and helpful.
Lesser variety, no manpower to clear the plates, customer we had to take the plates to the tray. The food was not food they got too cold. Drinks and desserts was less also.
Food is generally still good; but variety wise is not as elaborate as before. Wish to see more and better variety in future. 😊
No longer serving the Kintamami Indonesia buffet. Instead just an ordinary international buffet in disguise
Good food at affordable price. A bit old decor but it's being renovated now.
Limited of food variety good environments and have a small playground at level one
While some of the food was great, notably the laksa, sambal and durian pengat, Kintamani lacks the variety. It didn’t feel very Indonesian. They should bring back popular Indonesian food like avocado drink/dessert, cold dessert, tahu telur, nasi kunyet, ayam geprek and various goreng etc. the food layout was also a miss. We had a hard time going around and finding food for instance rice to pair with the lauk. Also the fact that they placed the ayam bakar near the dessert was questionable. It didn’t feel like a smooth layout. They should bring back the old menu and perhaps switch it up a bit. Appreciate the seafood although it felt rubbery. Drinks and desserts were less sweet which was appreciated. Laksa was missing some condiments like tofu. Some guests especially foreigners were unsure what to pair with what and they should add placements for guests to read. Overall Kintamani needs to relook its menu, layout and overall guest experience. I’m
No ambience of an indo restaurant.looks like a university dining hall. buffet line was like corporate lunch function, go to Indochilli nearby n food is more delicious!
Food are enjoyable and delicious for all ages. Very friendly staff. I will highly recommend this restaurant.
Most dishes were delicious! Just that some were not refilled when emptied. Tables were too close for comfort though. Service was prompt, will return again!
Nice food ..Many varieties to choose from the Appetizer, main dish, desserts amd beverages.
The staff are friendly and helpful. Always smiling and promt in clearing the table. Love the taste and wide selections of food. Despite it is in the 1 of the ballroom due to the actual restaurant under renovation, the ambience is quite pleasant. Very happy and would love to return again :) ❤️
Overall Good, but without senior discounts not worth the money. The small crayfish was too tiny that they have hardly any meat. A better option would be replacing it with prawns. The crabs were good, but we (5 people) had to share one pair of scissors. Both chicken dishes were roasted when one could be made into curry as some of us do not take beef or mutton. The durian pudding was nice, but the red fruit cocktail was way too sweet as most Singaporeans have now got used to less sweet deserts. Service was pretty bad or non existent. No one knows if there was coffee or tea served until we saw some coffee machines outside the restaurant.
Very pleasant dining experience. Booking was easy. Food was amazing. Very nice vibe to the restaurant. Will definitely come again.
Great food.cosy ambience. Hope the air con can be colder
The restaurant had turned into a mass eating place in the hotel ballroom, for tour groups. It was horrible. Had to leave before we even started.
Great experience from the time of making reservation to the actual dinning.
Awesome! Polite & accomodating staff except for the cashier. She should put on a smile
Cosy atmosphere with good authentic Indonesian food. The soup and mee Siam were yummy. Roast beef was so tender!
The waitress was too quick to clear our plates. While I went off to help a little boy to get some food, she took my plate, which had 3/4 of the food I was still eating, away.
Was an awesome birthday experience with my family and friends
Fantastic food and many variety to choose from, kid loves the place
The food options were good and the service staff were friendly and nice.
This is a comfortable place for family to dine in. Easy to find parking place, fine food n relaxing environment.
Upon arrival , the lady who lead me to the table wasn’t in a good mood, probably it was a busy time and limited manpower . The buffer spread wasn’t fantastic but the quality made up for it , the Soy Ayam ( chicken soup ) was good, sayor Loday was good too and the fish was excellent Overall experience was good except for the grumpy elder lady who I notice didn’t have a smile on her face thoughtout my dinning visit
love the food❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰🥰 will definitely come back and highly recommended
Awesome restaurant and the food is nice and wonderful. Good price
