Booked for my friend’s birthday. Got to seat in a quiet and private zone, service was great! Food was good! And we received two rounds of surprises ( one chocolate cake and one plate of assorted desserts) great experience!
Birthday lunch for mum! Fantastic food and excellent service. Thank you!
Good food and service, I like JNC since 2 decades ago.
very good service, prices are on the high side but food was good.
Very good service as always and food is great too
We had dimsum for lunch and it was awesome, the place settings also good and comfortable
The service was great. The staff are attentive to the request as we have guest who is allergy to seafood.
the food was ok, but not worth the price unfortunately
Nice food. please try the Peking duck and Kurobuta Pork.
Staff are polite and professional, attentive to requests by customers.
The food was hit and miss for me. Went for lunch where we got the dim sum and the peking duck. Overall, I would say that the food was decent but missed the mark for me. Ordered the chef signature dim sum, and the overall tastes were the same, mainly on the salty flavour profile with truffle or superior sauce . Some of the dim sum skin like the lobster dumpling broke very easily and stuck to one another, which meant all the fillings fell out. Next, dim sum also felt a bit like it was putting expensive ingredients together, and that aside from the cod dumpling, i felt like I could have only the expensive ingredient in non dim sum form. Making it into dim sum didn’t elevate the dim sum or the ingredient. The peking duck was good and crispy. Caviar didn’t add much in my opinion. Overall good. Staff were friendly but busy. They were quite prompt in refilling tea etc. I think I wouldn’t come for the dim sum, but maybe the duck and their normal alacarte dishes.
Overall, the restaurant has a very nice service and food was good.
Excellent food and ambience. Had a lovely dinner, Chinese tea should be free for set.
Love the location and ambience, good was ok. Expected for a restaurant of this calibre.
for a 5 star hotel, service can be better as they assigned us next to a noisy table when the 70% of the restaurant is empty
Good ambience attentive service staff. Tea was served in individual pots. Dimsum was pricey but good experience
The service and ambiance was great . Overall the food was good except the wagu beef been overcooked
Excellent food and ambience and service. On the high side though.
The service is not very attentive and a bit rude. The food is good.
The Peking Duck was amazing, probably the best in Singapore. And the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Their dishes are all so awesome and presentation are good. Their service is very attentive.
We ordered peking duck, lobster poached rice and deep fried crab in shell. All were signatures, unfortunately it was quite disappointing to us. The duck smelled amazing when the service staff served to us, but we ate it, the duck meat was dry and bland. The second serving of duck fried noodle was very normal, I've had better ones. Lobster poached rice was dull and plain, very strong pork bone broth that I wouldn't even know its lobster poached rice if I hadn't see the lobster. The deep fried crab meat in shell had plenty of crab meat inside but it was nothing special, the breadcrumb was too thick that I can still see raw breadcrumb underneath the crisp layer. Just wasn't what we expected as they actually have a one michelin star. Price was very high for what we ate, it feels like another chinese chain restaurant.
