Getting a priority Q with shorter waiting time, so the overall waiting time is fair while HDL always having long Q and long waiting time.

Regular here, as expected for waiting time and food quality and service

The most Haidilao I visited since i knw them. The restaurant provide best service even compare the other i visited. I been here for at least 10 times hope they can remain the quality of the service offer.

Haidilao is … well … haidilao. Chongqing hotpot, with great amenities and perks including free drinks and rice crackers outside while waiting, where everyone who loves hotpot (and who doesn’t) celebrate their birthdays, anniversaries, mummy’s 60th or 80th, baby showers, 3rd dates (usually not 1st since you cannot gauge your partner’s spice level and it would be too embarrassing if your spice level cannot keep up with your partner’s…). Or you could go just to watch the servers sing and dance! The problem is the waiting as it can range from 30 minutes to 2 hours during peak at most popular outlets (and they are all popular). Had a slightly unpleasant experience the last time I went to the PLQ outlet (on 19th July) but it was subsequently resolved admirably by very practical and commercial staff, server and manager. A better review if not for my experience having been tainted by my having to raise a ruckus before the matter was resolved. Otherwise, it’s my go to place when I think of hotpot on a cold rainy day!

very friendly waiter served us. however when making payment we were misled that no points to redeem yet days later I rec sms to say I've point expiring!

Everything good except they make 4 person into a 2 person table.

Really lucky to have a VIP room without the min spend, staff offered as we are a big group and the service staff Megan Yap was exceptional in helping us with the request. Serving a big group is not easy and she did it wonderfully and made our group's celebratory dinner a pleasing one. Definitely will request for her if we go back to this outlet.

All was good from service staff to quality of food. Interesting entertainment for our non-chinese friends, they enjoyed the mask changing performance, noodle dance as well as the over the top birthday singing. Thank you for making their night!
