I’ve been looking forward to try hdl at for awhile now, and was so glad that I did! The food was so delicious and the service was really great, too!

Will never go wrong with HDL. Variety of soup base to choose which we choose depends on our mood, cos we have tasted all of them! service is good too!

Had one of my best haidilao experiences. Placed a reservation for 5pm Friday which was priority queue, but I did not had to wait at all. Since it is slightly before peak period, there wasn't too much of a crowd and I got to slowly eat. The server for my table, Hui Shan, was super thoughtful, giving me a cushion for added comfort. My sister got to get a manicure session in with zero waiting time! Highly recommend coming during off peak to experience stress free eating.

We booked HDL for a Birthday Celebration. The following are my comments after visiting. 1. We ordered chicken and tomato for our soup base. The chicken soup base was obviously too diluted. 2. The service there was not as good as when HDL first started where staff will keep checking your meal progress and maybe offer to get some fruits , sweets etc. after your dinner. The staff that serve us was nice and did her job and I there may be a storage of manpower. However pls resolve the issue. 3. Though we have indicated in our booking special request that is a birthday dinner and were given seats with ‘Happy Birthday’ deco. but there were no proactive action from the restaurant to make this meal a special one. The reason why we patronise HDL is for the good service and food though the price is on the high side. With the experienced we do not find any exclusiveness . I hope my comments will help. The service was terrible we had to do everything by ourself all they did was to setve the dishes and put the prawn paste in the soup we even had to get the beancurd ourself.

Have been there many times. The restaurant is known for their service but the service at this particular occasion is the worst.

We asked our waiter to thicken the soup but no one came to thicken the soup,they only remember at the end of the meal

HDL's standard is always there and service is always as good. The taste is always keeping fresh and same quality. Though Northpoint's outlet area is quite small, the staff is maintaining their good service. Perfect? Not yet, but is excellent as always like any other HDLs.

Service wise can't go wrong with HDL but can feel it was a bit understaffed during my visit. Overall it was still a great experience.

the waiting area at this outlet is smaller than usual, but love that the manicure service was not too long on a saturday evening. i was able to get a short manicure session right at the end of my dinner.
