The food is undeniably delicious, with highlights like the spicy broth and fresh shrimp paste. However, the service was a bit inconsistent; most staff were attentive, but one member's lukewarm attitude slightly marred the experience. Despite this, HaidiLao is still worth visiting for the quality of its food and lively atmosphere.

Waiting time is little, even though we came earlier than the booking time. Service is good, waitress is reactive. Free snacks and drinks available too.

It was my first time at the downtown east branch and the soup and food were good as usual. My parents enjoyed the meal. If you spend more than $100, you can even exchange for a free parking coupon at the downtown east information counter.
