Fu Lin Bar & Kitchen

There’s a whole lot of buzz going around about Fu Lin Bar & Kitchen. Offering up yong tau fu by day, and delicious tapas and snazzy drinks by night, this popular Singapore restaurant and bar is offering something new to local foodies. Situated near the happening Club Street area in Tanjong Pagar – right in the heart of the city-state – this unique operation is the perfect place for a casual meal in the day and sophisticated drinks at night.

When restaurateur Karen Teoh decided to renew the lease of the Telok Ayer Street location of her labor of love, the Fu Ling Yong Tofu franchise, she decided to do something different – she renovated the place, adding cool decor and industrial-chic furnishings, then decided to ask chef Warren Poh to come change things up by creating a Spanish-inspired fusion tapas bar. Since that day, the restaurant and bar has taken off, becoming a huge foodie magnet all around the Club Street and Tanjong Pagar area.

Fu Lin still serves the yong tau fu that it’s known for during the day, and at night transforms into the spectacular bar and kitchen it’s becoming so well known for. The menu here includes incredible tapas such as crab risotto, garlic prawns, Scotch egg & beef brisket, duck confit, Shanghainese pork dumplings and of course, the Fu Lin Yong Tau Foo. Enjoy delights made in the INKA charcoal oven like the Iberico steak or red snapper, or simply stop by for the Tanjong Pagar bar’s incredible drinks – try the El Diablo cocktail, the Golden Mojito or the lychee martini.
