Thinking about making a Mazzo Restaurant & Bar booking?

Bringing the flavours of his native Apulia to the shores of Singapore, head chef Toni Rosetti (the restaurant’s name Noti is an anagram of Toni) has taken the city by storm. There is something inherently comforting about Italian food, even when it gets a fine dining makeover as it has got here. The food at Noti is dense, rich and bursting with the flavour of Europe’s most famous cuisine, and while the food is plated beautifully, and the portions are fine-dining cautious, there’s no doubt that this is the kind of food your grandmother would make (if your grandmother was some kind of hugely talented nonna chef.

There are few spots in Singapore better suited to housing Signor Rosetti’s brand of rich, complex Italian food, but Telok Ayer (downtown) fits the bill well. Attracting the city’s cosmopolitan crowd, eager to learn a little more about food from the South of Italy, the Club Street location is proving to be a winner. Noti is a good spot for a casual dinner with superior quality food, or lunch when you need to impress.
