This Christmas, we’re turning Food Exchange @Stevens into a retro lobster wonderland! Lobstermania is bringing the holiday funk with a clawsome feast stretching from Christmas Eve to Christmas Day. It’s all about bold flavours, groovy vibes, and enough lobster love to keep you dancing through the holidays.

We’re shelling out the most clawsome lobster dishes that’ll have you hooked at first bite. Kick things off with the show-stopping Boston Lobsters on Ice, served cool, fresh, and ready to dazzle. Craving comfort? Dive into the silky, velvety indulgence of Lobster Bisque, a dreamy classic made to warm your soul. Turn up the heat with Black Pepper Lobster, zesty, bold, and packed with just the right amount of spice. And for the ultimate indulgence, sink your claws into Lobster Thermidor, a creamy, cheesy masterpiece guaranteed to steal your heart.

Because the holidays wouldn’t be complete without these all-time classics such as Golden Roast Turkey with all the holiday trimmings, Tender Beef Wellington wrapped in buttery pastry goodness, Honey-Glazed Ham to add a little sweetness to your plate and cean-fresh and claws-itively delicious Snow Crab Legs, Mussels, Oysters, and Tiger Prawns.

It’s not just a meal—it’s a celebration of the year that was and the year to come, wrapped in glitz, glamour, and delectable bites.

Dive into over 10 exquisite seafood variations, headlined by our Seafood Ice Bar—a shimmering showcase of Snow Crab Legs, Mussels, Prawns, and taste the world with the finest oysters sourced from Japan, Ireland, the USA, France, and our very own Singapore. Whether you’re an oyster aficionado or simply love the ocean’s bounty, this is a seafood lover’s dream come true!

Expand your palate with local favourites and festive indulgences such as Butter Chicken bursting with spice and flavour, Grilled Beef Sirloin with rich Red Wine Jus and, Laksa Live Station for a local twist on tradition.
