Good and relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff and good food.
Good food served by friendly staff. The cafe also has a cosy ambience. The waffles are delicious
A refreshing cafe outlet in the hdb heartland. Must go.
I've brought a few friends to Cuppafield and they like the ambience and of course the food too. Though the wait is between 10 - 25 minutes pending on the crowd.
Great ambience, good service and fine dining in a hdb neighbourhood. :)
very good restaurant to dine in. will recommend my friends and family to dine in
Not my first time here and definitely not my Last time. Love the pet corner and the food!
Nice atmosphere and food is affordable especially student set. Would like to try waffle next round.
Ambience was nice, but perhaps quantity of food can be improved on, especially for waffle. It was much smaller than expected.
Nice and cosy. Nice food and chill environment! Will come again.
Nice separate area for pet dogs. Staff kindly on the fan for us and even helped serve the food to us even though it was supposed to be “self service”. Great job!
Service is good. Food waiting time is pretty long. Serving very small. Both me and my husband still hungry after finish our meals. I had vongole pasta and he had halibut fish and chips. Fish a bit “chao chow” 😅 wont go again if there are no perks!
Very cozy atmosphere. Food is nice. Will recommend this place to my friends. Only thing is the place is not near the MRT.
Nice place. Food and price decent. Pasta is probably their best
Good food and good ambience. Staff were very friendly too.
food not bad, but the services still need to improve.
Food was OK. Portion was very small. Ordered chicken chop and fish & chips. Chicken chop was served on barely a smear of mashed potatoes with 1 thin slice of carrot. Chicken was 2 pcs of about 3x10cm meat. Though well marinated and the mushroom sauce that came with it was not too bad, but portion was miserably small for the price. Fish & chips was better. 1 slice of fried fish with some fries and a tiny side of 2 pcs of lettuce, half a cherry tomato and a tiny pc of canned peach. I ordered tea and ice blended chocolate as well. Tea was normal. Ice blended chocolate was nothing to rave about. Tasted powdery and too watery for an ice blended drink. And that costs $6.80. Worst nightmare of all was the waiting time. We waited 15 mins for drinks to be ready, and close to 40 mins for our food. The restaurant was not even at full capacity. Good point to note: This is the 2nd time (1st time dining) we went there. The 1st time we left before we even got a table as the staff told us waiting time was a minimum 1 hour (restaurant was barely half filled at that time). We decided to give it a 2nd chance, and this will also be the last time we'll be dining there.
Friendly service however the food are mediocre. However with the price point, it’s fine.
Staff was polite and service was good. Food was served quite fast. Nice ambience and music.
