A feast for the senses awaits you when you step into Chef-Owner Gabriel's cosy 16-seater along River Valley road. Many call 8picure a hidden gem and a perfect place for epicureans to enjoy flavorful yet unpretentious Italian fusion dishes in an intimate and relaxed ambience.
Chef Gabriel displays a high level of culinary finesse in every dish, testimony to his culinary course at Chef Academy in Terni Italy and internship at Kingham Plough, an Award Winning English Fine Dining GastroPub in Oxfordshire village of Kingham, England, under the guidance of Executive Chef Emily Watkins.
Chef Gabriel cooks from the heart, he marries refined culinary technique with loving respect for all ingredients to create unique, deep and tasty flavor for all of his dishes. Every five to six weeks, Chef Gabriel will make changes to his specially curated four-course Set Menu, so that his regular guests get to enjoy different dishes.
