Service was good even though there were a lot of customers. Food was also fresh and great varieties. Price is very reasonable with free flow soft drinks and choices of “Home made” drinks.

Nice tomato and pickled veg soupbase with good service. Food variety sufficient. Booking through call or quandoo for seats. Value for money as well for weekdays and weekend.

The food is fresh and the soup is nice. The staff are very helpful and provide a very good service. However, their boss should hire more staff. Their boss should design a lift instead for the staff to carry the food up and down for 2nd floor customer. Overall, price is affordable too. Will be back.

So far the first hot pot restaurant provide a choice up to 4 selection out of their 8 soup base without additional charges .Broth is good .Meat is Fresh and gd quality,servings qualities are generous prices are inexpensive.Friendly And attentive services

We were given upstairs seating. Restaurant was overcrowded. Waiter didnt tell us about free flow drinks, fruits and ice cream. There was a black out and for 45 minutes, we just sat in the dark with no ventilation. Not even a small discount given for loss of dining time and was overcharged by 1 pax.

Good variety of food - Free flow of various drinks. Free flow of fruits, tomatoes and ice cream (2 flavors). Multiple selection of soup base and food choices, including pig brain! Love the cuttlefish.. There’s time limit to the buffet.. so do take note when having your meal. Seating area can be made slight spacious as it is alittle cramp.

Good hotpot at reasonable price. tomato soup base is yummy, comparable to the famous hdl one.

Cheap no frill steamboat. Variety is there. Soup base is also fine. Location is centralized. Pork broth has a strong flavour. Mala is also ok

Hotpot was gd quite authentic n really hot...not that sort of saltiness in other places, it was Sichuan hot in original form,however place was a bit smelly and staff had body odour.

Service was well and for price wise it is a good to go. But the chicken and fish do taste different than normal in terms of texture and feel.

There are variaties of soup available. The tomato and mala are somehow similar to the ones in HDL which I think is more affordable. The food served are fresh and definitely will visit this restaurant again. Recommended for friends gathering or dating.

The food was average but considering the price, it's value for money. We did not place any special request for the mala pot and found it to be too blend; mala lover should request for extra spiciness.

Love the steamboat and will go again eventhough it is in Bugis and slightly far. I would also recommend my friends and family to eat there and definitely will go back again.

The food available are good and fresh with a lot of varieties to chose from. The staff are also friendly. Recommended place to go for a Friday night out.

Value for money. I liked how I had the option to choose up to 4 different soup bases. It makes it easier to dine out with groups of friends who have different preferences. In terms of food options, the variety was great. The make your own sauce section had a large spread of Condiments available.

Many choices of soup base & food, generally is nice & fresh but is a s mall restn, abit too noisy at times if other customers talking loud & wifi cannot connect.

I love that we are able to choose from a range of 1 to 4 soup base. Is ala carte buffet. if you are a big eater, i would strongly recommend XunWei

The worse hotpot ever experienced. My soup takes 15 minutes to prepare. Food need to be prepare another 10 minutes after the soup ready. Waiter wear spectacle ignore all customer who ask about our food when is ready. Very disappointed won't come again.

Service is good. Plenty of food choices. Buffet includes canned drinks and ice cream too! Overall good place to dine in! Recommended for maximum 4 pax, as we went in 6 pax, it was a little squeezy, but the staff arrange the seats for us :)! Thank you for the pleasant lunch!

Quality food but quite pricey. Server is quite prompted in serving. I like the fact they have 4 soup base for us to enjoy. Restaurant not crowded maybe because we go during lunch time.

Price is reasonable. I rate it 5/6 because they got our soup base wrong twice. However, all the service staff were very friendly. Overall a good experience

Service is good! Food is great and I feel that it is comparable to hai di lao. It's my 3rd time here and will def be back again.
