I tried the pho bo and compared to other Vietnamese outlets, it is slightly below average. The Filipino waitress who took my payment also seemed a bit impatient, the saving grace being the Vietnamese waitress who at least had a smile when taking and serving my order!

Staff that greeted us was kind and polite. Tried the diced meat wrap which was smooth and tasty. Will definitely return with 20% favepay rebates

Food takes a while to arrive during lunch peak hours, and service staff looks a bit overwhelmed. but they try their best nonetheless so kudos! 👍🏼

Crowded during lunch time, hence it can get quite noisy.

A surprisingly good service rendered, even at peak meal time (lunch). Food tasted average for me, like how all MacDonald will taste the same. I mean, it's Vietnamese fare so nothing out of the extraordinary.

NO miss up the serving even though we go in large pack. The place is a bit hot. Food wise quite good. Will come again

this is my umpteen time back at wrap & roll and I would say I won’t grow tired of the food here. it’s really good - better than so pho! :p A bit understaffed during peak hours but they are friendly, customer-centric, and they try their best! Kudos!

Had lunch here with colleagues today and it's really good. we had the pork vermicelli, and tumeric fish set. really tasty! Lunch crowd seemed to overwhelm the service staff though, they could do with more manpower.

place is not too noisy and hence conducive for meet ups and conversations.

Food is really good! better than most other viet places, like so pho.

The place was quiet and nice. wide variety of food, and the food i refreshing with much vege which i like. would come back again.

I was a fan of wrap and roll but of late they seem to be skimping on ingredients. The drip coffee was diluted and the pork baguette had fewer pieces of meat. Service was still great but waiting time was long even though there were only a few customer at 1:30pm. We waited about 20-30mins for 2 baguettes.

I love both the pork rice noodles and tumeric fish rice noodles. both were delicious with free extra toppings of veg upon request. Love the environment too!

We booked on feb 15 at 4:30 but accdg to the staff,it’s alreay closed.so i don’t think this site is reliable or it’s wrap and roll to blame

Celebrated my friend’s birthday here and he loved the wraps especially the one in mustard leaves.

The buffet spread was disappointing. A fair number of dishes on the buffet menu were not available. Service was very slow, we had to wait a long time for the food to be served.

Place is located conveniently inside basement of Changi City Point. The restaurant is very cosy and spacious for groups to dine. Staff are friendly and attentive. Price is just fine. Had a good time.

Food is good. I like the variety of food offered especially the baguette and Vietnamese coffee. Service is slow during lunch but I will definitely go back for the variety of food.
