though the selection seems lesser than before, food and service still remains top notch

Enjoyed a lovely meal here again for the executive lunch buffet. Great tasting local cuisines and very friendly service. Klook vouchers is a nice deal.

The restaurant has a great view of the Singapore River. Local dishes and desserts at the lunch buffer are good. The service staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent deal with Amex Local Dining with 50% discount for 2.

love the set up of the food and selection of seafood. soufflé pancake were slightly undercooked at the top.

The food selection was okay. Not that fantastic. With the price, we were expecting better e.g. foie gras etc Has a nice selection of dessert. Champagne serving stop at 2.30pm. And the start clearing other liquid as well which was disappointing because it supposed to end at 3pm.

It's worth visiting. The food is above par, and the choice selections are ample. The atmosphere of the place is bright and cosy!

The staff called me to confirm reservations and I request for birthday song to be sing. Nothing was done. The staff went to ask the birthday girl can they serve the cake? …… won’t the staff just ask who (my name who reserved the table) instead went straight to the birthday girl? So silly staff. The staff only cleared half of the used plates on our table. I have to tell him please help to clear the bowl (obviously left laksa gravy only, and was placed near the edge of the end table). Though almost 9pm, there were no more hot water to make tea, no more bowl to scoop ice cream. This is Fullerton hotel 6 starts service standard. Lousy

Great selection of food, specially loved the Japanese station. Staff was a little slow serving the free flow drinks and I think this was because we were in a corner, a little hidden. However once I pointed this out, the staff became very aware and over compensated for the previous wait time :-)

Cons: Beverage was not replenish frequently, especially the more famous one. Grill food takes longer to be ready as expected especially the satay and always in high demand. Pros: Salmon sashimi is good & tasty. Cold seafood is always available. Waiting time is reasonable for dinner time.

Food is not worth for the price. No crab, no lobster and no oyster. Food serve is slow.

Service is very good. I enjoyed the Aburi Salmon on rice. My colleague ordered a medium rare ribeye but it came almost well done. Maybe misheard.

Have reserved for a table that is convenient for elderly diner, however was allocated upper deck with stairs to reach the main food section. After some waiting and insisting, service staff managed to assign another table on same level as main but further away. Overall, it is good & attentive service from all service staff. Kudos to all!

Good service. Variety of food can be improved especially the desserts section. Was kinda disappointed that coffee/tea provided in the buffet was from the pot rather than freshly brewed coffee. Management should consider offering freshly brewed coffee/tea instead. How much coffee/tea can one drink during a buffet anyway?

The staff were polite and efficient in clearing the dishes, food on display was fresh. Plain water, tea and coffee was included for the buffet.

Used to be good and now varieties have cut down a lot as compared to other similar hotels.

Town was running a Thai food promotion that night. Was interesting with live station serving mango/papaya salad and pad thai. The thai guest chefs are very friendly.

The Champagne brunch buffet is always good at Town Restaurant.

The restaurant is currently running a indonesian theme dinner buffet. Did not enjoy the food. The fried duck @ the carving stn was tough n dry. Was surprised to find hard boiled eggs with chilli sauce as a main dish in the spread. The oxtail soup was superb though. Service is still friendly and prompt as usual though. Will wait til the theme is over before coming back again.

I had to asked for water after being seated at the table for more than 15 mins. The food was alright but food selection seems more limited than in the past
