Mushroom soup was amazing. Salted egg pasta was flavoursome, except for the prawns which had no taste, as they didn't boil it in water with a pinch of salt. Was only a 3-course meal, but we felt stuffed after that. Was good. Asked for warm water, but was brought room temperature water. Was rectified after that. Lemongrass drink was good. Overll dining experienece nevertheless was great

There was a long wait for my soup course (from the lunch set menu). The turkey bacon was so hard that it was impossible to bite off a piece. I left the bacon uneaten. The soup was lacking salt. I don't take my food very salty, so if I find it lacking in salt, it really must have been very bland. I wonder if the chef did a taste test. After the soup, another long wait for the main course, which was duck confit. It was dry and parts of the outer layer were hard (obviously re-heated). My lunch companion wanted to order ala carte and was told some dishes were not available. As there is only a small list of ala carte items, she was severely limited by the choices available. Is there a kitchen staffing shortage on Saturdays? Service staff were very courteous, as was the lady behind the bakery counter.

The service was slow and my sons steak was pretty raw though it was medium rare, ended up he had a stomach upset.

Can't expect much, as it is kinda a OJT for students, so they are better prepared for the working environment. The food was okay but could have been better.the atmosphere were to mimic Hotel setting, but please don't expect for hotel kinda finishes and standards, as it is still a School. The students are enthu to learn and of course there are hiccups here and there. Overall, can't expect much

The fish and chips is the best we ever had - the fish is fresh, the portion is generous including the sides - the French fries is crispy and tasty, and the salad is refreshing. Had the mushroom pasta too - it's totally yummy and that's why we are regular customers!

The soup was good but it was warm instead of hot. Beef cheeks were delicious and should have been served with cooked vegetables instead of salad. Cheesecake was delicious.

It started well...the freshly baked bun was delicious. My starter of mock abalone wss tasty albeit chewy. My guest's mushroom soup was thick n delicious. Thereafter it went downhill...duck confit ovrrcooked n dried out...she have fallen out the bone but edges wete like shoe leather. Pan fried salmon also overcooked. Fish n Chips...kudos to tssty crispy chips but fish batter was soggy. Guest left all of it uneaten. My pasta came 7 min after everyone else were served. Huge plate full of pasta but the prawns were not fresh....tasteless n let the dish down. Too much pasta. Left 60% uneaten. The desserts were back on form. Cheesecake n pandan cloud plus coffee were all good. Won't go ahain. Came from the east. Ling drive n really not worth the journey. Students shd be better supervised to cook decent entrees.

Cosy place with friendly staff, great place for family with young children.

Dessert was great, the appetiser and mains were average. Service was below average too, as the waiters didn’t really attend to our needs. Food was affordable.

Love the ambience and the amiable staff there. Have bring a a lot of friends there for dinner date and they are all impressed by the service and the food!! Definately a good place to catch up!

Very cozy dining atmosphere with good food and friendly staff.

We understand it is a culinary school n the students prepare the food for us with supervision. Though it took a bit of time for us to wait for the food, we are ok with it. We understand the students must be under stress to prepare the food but the quality of the food is excellent n we really enjoy it. We will definitely come back again. Just hope the dessert from the set has more choices cos we don’t like cheese cake.
