There are indeed a lot of games to choose from. However the shop itself is a bit small, and the ambience does not really make customers feel relax.

The experience was good as: 1. The staff was helpful in explaining how to play the different games to us 2. There was a variety of interesting games available 3. Efficient/Fast service of food and beverages

staff are friendly and nice. many games included, can play until 6am! location a bit far from mrt station. can smell the smoke from people smoking outside.

Good place for entertainment and food, wide selection of games and titbits and drinks. Good place to hang out with many friends

Overall had a positive experience. We were a large group so the staff did have issues serving us and taking orders. We were not served the free-flow snacks and some of our main courses were served extremely late and not cooked well (3 vegetarian spaghetti orders - do not order), yet the staff did not offer any discount for these oversights. This is an important aspect of customer service. The wedge fries are great but onion rings and normal fries need to be fried a little crisper. Staff is helpful and friendly, but needs more training.

Very responsive staff although the open space makes it rather noisy and hard to hear each other, especially when the rules of the game are being explained.

It was a fun place to hang out with friends. Will definitely go again for more board games play. Need staffs with more game knowledge though.

Great place for friends gathering and board game lovers! Good variety of board games. In terms of food, can have more variety and better quality of snacks and drinks.

Great staff who attend to you and help you graciously, whether it's finding a game that you want or serving your free flow snacks! But the main courses were pretty bland and in my opinion, not worth the price. It's a fantastic place to come chill with friends, but my advice is, skip out on the mains

Generally an alright spot to chill with your friends over some games. The service crew is a mixture of good and bad, some are rude and unsure, a few others are great at explaining the rules of the game and are much more polite. The one main thing I really don't like is: I went there with a friend, we both bought the package at $11.80 each which gives us 2 hours of game time, a drink and a snack, but as a couple we are only given 1 snack to share even though we paid for a package each. That to me is quite cheapskate considering that both of us paid $11.80 each, only to share 1 bowl of snack when I think the right thing to do (which wouldn't cost the shop much) is to allow both of us to have our own. So the 2/6 is for that one nice staff that was great at explaining the game, everything else didn't cut it for me.

Friendly and helpful staff, patiently introduce new games for us to learn and explain clearly any doubts we have. I will certainly be back again!

Nice place w reasonable pricing! Recommended! I was there with a group of colleagues and all of us had fun! Noticed however that the average age group is low, so a few of my colleagues (over 40) felt a bit out of place. Haha!! But at the end of the day, the activity is more important than the age group:)

Good place and will visit again when i have the time. Recommend to go for group of friends to couples who have some time to spare

Great service and nice food. The student promotion is great, it allows the student to have unlimited game. (Mon to thur) Definitely will go again.

The ground staffs are pretty friendly and helpful. Beware, its gonna be noisy! Its a place for games, and i have to same, my squad make tons of noises too. No complaints. Ordered the lagsane, taste pretty good, but the portion are a tad too small as a main course. Other than that, im glad i finally try out the place. Looking forward to our next visit, and snatch some Durian~

It is a nice place that provide games and food at an affordable price. 2hrs of game time with a main course sounds a good deal.

It was good. We had fun. Initially we were given a really small table for 4 ppl. But the staff were really kind to give us a bigger table when it was free. That's really very thoughful of them.

Quite crowded on a Saturday afternoon but overall a good experience. They ran out of most snacks, and did not allow different orders from the same group (like everyone had to order drinks if one wanted) last time allowed add on 15 minutes but now they said only can add by the hour.

Excellent! We came in early but the staff was still ready for us. They are also very knowledgeable about the games and were clear in their explanation. :)

Not a fan of the whole "timer" system where you have to play on the clock. It keeps you very streessed the whole time. Much better to pay a fixed price for entry and thats all. Also, free flow of snacks is basically just pringles or nuts. And the game masters rarely come by to help out. Dissapointed

Booking thru online is a good idea. Experience at mind cafe was different from settler as settler was more on customer service like introducing a variety of games over serving of food and drinks

First time here at Mind Cafe and we had a great time! There was no hassle and we can play once we got there. Wish we could play longer!

I really enjoyed the time there. But I felt that the place was understaffed. Might need to increase the number of staff so that newcomers will not feel lost when they are there.

Overall is a good place to have fun with your friends. A big table can squeeze 10 people. Something that they can improve on is the food. I had bake rice and it's average. Hope that it can be better to enhance the dinning experience. The drink selection is good enough. There's coffee and tea, and the usual ice tea and soft drinks. The washroom can be improve too. Should update the washroom....haha. Other then that, the lighting is warm and the game selection is really wide. Too bad we dont know how to play and we just want to play fast game as we couldn't stay for long. Spent around 3 hours there. Staff were friendly despite being busy and very helpful too. Will visit again.

They have a team of Super nice staff, food wise is ok. Went with my family, we did not play any games this time round. perhaps can tried out e wide range of board games. The concept is very good, suitable for youngsters to hangout

Fun games! Staff were very friendly and helped to recommend and explain the games to us. Went in a group of 7 and it was hard to find games because few of the games catered to such a large number.

Thanks for being so patient with us and giving us seats while we were waiting for a late friend. We enjoyed our time there - reasonable prices, wide variety of games, friendly staff and great service!

Staff was enthusiastic in helping us in games which we are not familiar with. Games were explained with clarity and details. Maybe the staff can be less strict on having outside food and drinks. Since not everyone may be aware of the ruling that no outside drinks are allowed, this may affect those that have already bought drinks which were meant to be consumed hot.

The place is okay. The concept is good, food and games. The bathrooms however stinks! The staff is very helpful. Prompt service, if it wasn't for the disgusting bathroom.. I would have given it a highter rating.

It is an excellent place for family gathering! We love the food. Many choices of board games! The staff are polite and helpful! Great songs too!

Manager was very generous. Because it wasn't busy at the restaurant when we were there, he said he would start the clock for us when our friend arrived. Only issue was that there seemed to be a little miscommunication when we wanted to foot the bills and one of the staff didn't seem to get the memo. Other than that, the experience was great!

Helpful staff! They had people who showed us how to play a few games we haven't tried before. They could work on being stocked up better as they seemed to run out of certain drinks in the early afternoon. Cash payment should be accepted as well.

Service was very good and the assisstants were very willing to explain the rules of the game. The drinks and snacks were nice too and they could be refilled.

The location is quite inconvenient. We used to go the outlet at Funan. Staffs are friendly. The kids have fun! Great for bonding! Will go again.

Nice music, friendly staff that guide us the game. Also the game that they selected is interesting. But just acknowledge us that cash payment is not allow.

The night was made really great with excellent service from the service staff and the games were also really fun. Maybe smth to improve could be how the games are sorted because had some difficulty to find the game we wanted due to the mess!

The time of 2 hours is way too little for $20 spent. It should be 3h instead to take into account the amount of time needed to consume our meals.

Cheapest student package and can make reservation for table before dropping by. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Spent a great time here. Will revisit soon.
