This Christmas, Summer Palace invites you to indulge in a culinary celebration that blends Cantonese elegance with winter enchantment. Guided by the principles of balance, harmony, and respect for the finest ingredients, our five-course menu reimagines holiday classics through a Cantonese lens. Begin with a sophisticated twist on tradition—Roast Turkey Pancake Rolls with Crispy Softshell Crab—before moving to a velvety Braised Lobster Meat Soup with Scallops and Asparagus, crowned with Kaluga Caviar. The menu unfolds with Stewed Garoupa Fillet with Chestnuts and Chinese Sausage, followed by Crispy Noodles with Venison in XO Sauce, and a finale of Cream of Pumpkin with Coconut Ice Cream. Each menu is paired with a bespoke tea-based cocktail inspired by the spirit of the season.

Welcome the Year of the Snake with an extraordinary dining experience at Summer Palace. Savour the essence of reunion and tradition with two opulent set menus, the Imperial and Gold, meticulously crafted to bring prosperity and joy to your celebrations. Indulge in highlights such as the Prosperity Yu Sheng with Crispy Silver Fish, Braised South African Abalone, and Lobster Ee Fu Noodles from the Imperial menu, or elevate your evening with Mexican Abalone Yu Sheng, Steamed Hong Kong Style Pacific Garoupa, and Barbecued Suckling Pig Two Ways from the Gold menu.
