Suki-Ya - Marina Square

Staff are reasonable despite under staffed. Food are alright, may want to consider increasing the variety. Environment is nice. Can consider return trip, although not in the near future.

the food variety was not much and insufficient of waiter at the restaurant. there is only one waiter serving the whole restaurant.

Not the best service but for the price paid, the food was not too bad. Will go back again to dine there in the future.

This is a jap steamboat place. There're 3 soup base: kimchi, shabu-shabu & miso. , taste is reasonable good quality, Ffree flow of pork, beef and chicken.

The food was average. Unfortunately, some of the food items were unavailable at the marina square outlet. However, the service staff were good and friendly.

very little selection of food and the refills of the ingredient for the sauce is slow. service of the crew is not very fantastic and they do not pay attention on your orders n ends up the meat order wouldnt come. Ask for the bowl and service crew said self-service cupboard at the corner. the cupboard labels chopsticks but drawer do not have it. i ask the service crew for it and they said that is not self service and will provide me. gosh.. im so confused. . it is not as organzied compared to other restaurant. For the price, i think i rather spend more money in other restaurant.

Food selection was very limited. Manager there was strict about the 80mins timing even thought the restaurant was 50% empty. When 80mins passed, manager came over and said "Times up" rudely. Waiter even started to throw away our utensils while we were still finishing up the last few pieces of meat as well as ice cream. A very u pleasant experience in Suki-Ya, will never visit again on my own will.

Great service! Love the free flow servings of meat and vegetables. Always good when the hotpot craving hits! Pity they ran out of premium meats though.

They don’t replenish the desserts after the plate is emptied. Basically we were left with the ice cream as dessert. Other than that, the staff are generally prompt in serving.

The restaurant lacks manpower. As a result, the food is not serve fast enough, the tables are not cleaned and the free-flow items are not replenished regularly.

Not too pleasant because service staff was crude with their remark.

The food was alright, The service was bad, the staff overturned our saucer while helping us to top up the soup and he just passed us some tissues to clean up the messy on the table ourselves. The lady manager was seen talking on the phone outside the stall, leaving two staff to handle the whole crowd.

The service was fast and good. I was just disappointed with the variety of food seems to decrease compared to my previous visits. Not value for money.

Quantity of food choices are sufficient. Both food and ambience are great. Love the Matcha ice-cream a lot. It's better than the other flavours. Prefer beef over chicken.

The selection of ingredients for the sukiyaki meal was good and the place was pretty clean. However it seemed like the staff were overworked because service was quite slow. All in all our dining experience was good.

Great food, great environment an excellent place to have quality beef, pork and chicken hot pot not to mention the free flow of soft drinks and food

Food quality is terrible. Soups were tasteless, wagyu was definitely not wagyu and ice cream was so bad. Will never return or recommend to anyone.

Overall great experience. Great value. Disappointed that there weren't any desserts (i.e. cakes, etc) left for us to try around 930pm. Will patronize the restaurant again.

There was some confusion between the wagyu and non wagyu pricing for a group of 3. As the voucher was only for 2 but there are 3 of us and for wagyu it's extra.

the soup and the food taste good. however, some of dishes does not replace faster. also it should hire more staff to serve the customer.

Restaurant was somewhat understaffed but at least the staff that were on shift the day we went were trying to say the least. A simple place to just sit, dine and talk with friends.

The service was ok because even though i made a reservation, the restaurant in charge couldnt find it. They were able to seat us immediately as the restaurant was rather empty. i have tried sukiya at bugis+ many years back but the variety of veg and other selection seem to have reduced. Same for drinks selection. Soup base was decent but not fantastic. Given the price point, i think i can accept this quality of food and service.

Service is ok, but staff are friendly. Food quality is not fantastic but expected for the price i'm paying. Beef is not tender but has alot of veins.

1. Dining time is too short for buffet. After exactly 80 mins, the staff will give you a bill, saying, "Sir, you're time out". 2. The recommended soup base is so-so compared to some others in the menu. 3. Chili is not good, and no soya sauce. 4. Ice cream is pretty good though.

Nice dining experience. Excellent service. Been a regular for this outlet. The staffs here are friendly and very prompt with request. Will be back again!

Larger than normal portions of meats served here! As with the other outlets, poor choice of fruits available; though the $1++ ice cream "buffet" add-on is quite tempting lol. Not so crowded weekdays afternoons, so good place to gather a few friends and enjoy a nice meal :)

Replenishing of drinks and food is so slow, the staff are also very slow in attending to walk in customers or those with reservations. Took us more than 5 mins before someone attended to us.

Quite a pleasant experience. The waiter was kind enough to allow us to change the soup base as we didn't quite like the soy milk one. However, the soup took too long to boil, we waited 20 mins approximately. And this took up almost half of the buffet time. Luckily they didn't chase us out.

The location of the restaurant is good and food was good too. It is value for money and my friends and I enjoyed ourselves very much. Ambience was average but the service made up for it.

Fresh ingredients but slow service. A bit hard to get the staff to top up the soup base if seated at far end. Broccoli is frozen, that's a bit weird

Has a good time. Staff allowed us to have a seat ahead of our reservation time. Food were also delivered promptly to our table even though the restaurant was packed.

Staff was friendly especially the lady manager. She even recommended us to take the Creative Privilege Card which we did cos we do frequently eat there. We enjoyed the dinner at Suki-ya restaurant.

The staff attitude is not good and lack of staff to serve. Even though i have booking, I still have to wait for 15 minutes.

Not much variety of choices available. The timing restriction of 60 seconds is a big down. Services from the staff is bad and rushy. Not recommended.

Lot's of food choices. Enjoyed moments with friends. Timing should be extended since we are always reminded that we need to be mindful of the timing.

Relatively good service. Staff was quick to respond to orders. However, the pot and equipment there looks abit old. Did not have a cover to cover the pot with as well. Overall decent experience

A few of the sauces already run out and nvr review. Staff are not attentive and to remind them to refill the soup base and Ice-cream taste horrible.

The booking was easy to manage. The food was good and value for money. The restaurant manager was not too sure about my booking and the discount I intended to use but made up for it with good service!

This particular visit to the outlet was fine as usual. Except the Sukiyaki soup base was tasteless. had to request staff to take a look and do something about it. It was really bland.

Food has limited variety. Service staff told us that they left one remaining table for 4 and luckily we reach earlier than the reservation timing otherwise we might not have the table at all.

Buffet variety is very limited and this include the drinks that we are required to add $1++ for it. They should have more variety instead.

We have 9 adults, 1 infant & 1 kid. After we seated, told them about the seating, one of the staff told us, by right they don't accept online booking on Friday, Saturday, eve and public holiday. So why in the first place accept our online booking and gave us 8 seater. It was so uncomfortable to seat in such manner. Please kindly do something on the systems, don't make other people fall in such state.

Pretty unsatisfactory experience. Place was warm, there were only green tea and lemon tea for drinks ($1 for unlimited refills) and meat quality not as good as before.
