Everything was good and will come back again one day
Food is good and a great place for family gathering
The food was good & tasty.. The ambience was good
The food was tasty & good. The ambience is also good.
Like the food. But sad to say they are closing down
The menu has changed & it has limited choice although it is now halal.
disappointed to know a few chef recommendation dishes were not available.
Nice cosy ambience, food and portion was good and kudos to the attentive service.
There is a new menu now, with many of the old favourites still in it. The food is just as delicious- the 4 of us especially liked the chunky bite sized beef in onions and garlic. The portions were generous, we ordered 4 dishes small size, but struggled to finish all the food and we were very full so had no more tummy space for desert.
1 of the better Sichuan Cuisine I've tasted in Singapore
There is this particular waitress with a damm lousy attitude. Ask for anything pls be ready to wait for a good 20-30 mins before you get your water. However food was great.
I booked for 7.15pm but arrived at 6.45pm and they let me in early. The food was delicious, I picked mainly non-spicy dishes like the stir fried beef in garlic and superior soy sauce, pork ribs in vinegar, deep fried cod in sweet wine sauce and the stir fried beans with mince meat. The only slightly spicy dish I picked was the chicken with cashew nuts. Every dish tasted very good, I ended up getting more white rice to go with it and to soak up the gravy especially of the beef and pork ribs. When the 6 of us finished eating, the staff let us sit and chat for quite a while, before we decided to order dessert, the dou hua was certainly silky, the liu sha pow had sha that didn’t really liu but was still tasty.
Food was great. Currently having a 3 item for $88 promotion. Items include lobster, crab and pomfret. Super value for money option. Will recommend it to others
Good service. Food was good. Price reasonable. Recommended if you like Sichuan food
Food was delicious. I am a Repeated customer. Good service
Food tasted well below other branches std. Wont be back again.
A quiet place during weekday. Food is nice. Pity that Dim Sum are only served during lunch time.
While we were the only occupied table at around 1845 hrs, the crowds started to build up thereafter. The restaurant staff gave good recommendations, since we wanted less spicy dishes.
I always like thier high quality of food and services.
Good food and ambience was cool as well for lunch
Food is nice and staffs are attentive. Overall nice restaurant.
Food was good, just harder to get attention of wait staff since there were only 2 and the restaurant was full.
Very good service and very good food. Definitely recommended to try
Ate the Dou Hua and was treated to a lot of red dates. Had some dim sum at the side as well and was good
Had the customary dou hua for an after meal dessert. Was light and tasty and one of the cheapest, most value for dollar items on the menu
Decent food quality, with good attention given by the staff. Order the spicy chicken and I like it. The winter melon soup is pleasing to the throat and good entree to the spicy mains.
Had the dou hua and glutinous rice ball with green tea. Not the best of desserts I ever had, but still passable. 15% off total bill as I am a Passion card member!
Had Dou Hua and dumplings for a light snack. Represents good value for your buck if you have a UOB credit card that gives 15% discount
Food was great and served hot. However, there was a lack of manpower. There were only 2 employees during lunch hours. Service could be improved
This is our 2nd time there. The food was delicious and the service was good. Overall we enjoyed our dinner! Will come back again soon!
Came here for business purpose. Good is served promptly. Service is good. Will come again. Hope to have more things added to the menu soon.
Had the 21st anniversary set lunch at $21 per pax. Received a $21 voucher but minimum spending of $100 required. So much to eat-prawn, sliced pork, soup, chicken and dessert. Good deal.
Had the Senior citizen's set lunch with choices of fish, chicken or beef. We added 2 more dishes which was too much. Tasty appetisers. Comes with drink and desserts. Good value
The service was ok. It was lunch time and i guess there was not enough staff. For i had to ask them to refill the tea instead lf them doing it automatically.
Si chuan dou hua made the right move in locating at tampines. There is a dearth of semi fine dining with exquisite cuisine that actually taste good too.
The tea costs $4 but is actually very fragrant and nice. The dim sum was reasonably priced although the variety for selection can be improved.
The food tastes good and the portion was quite generous. Nice & quiet ambience. Good service. Should offer more variety of dim sum if possible.
Tried the “Gui Ling Gao” dessert! It was cut up into bite sized cubes for easy chewing. Not expected but not bad. Smooth and not bitter
A pity some of the stuff were not available on the menu so we went with fried carrot cake and mochi with matcha fillings. Was pleasantly surprised
Passion fruit prawn was good. La zi ji (spicy popcorn chicken) was ok. The red bean pancake was lousy. Stale and reheated. Served after 3min of ordering.
Good Sichuan foods and value for money. Service is a bit slow as not enough staff. Overall we are quite happy to dine there as it near our place.
Overrated and food is tasteless and nothing like authentic Sze Chuan food. Will not go back or recommend any one to this place. Price is also high for the standard of food
Great. I was running late, couldn’t make my 6.15pm booking. I called at 6.25pm, the staff quite happily agreed to change my booking to 7.30pm. The food was good, we loved the deep fried cod fish, and the spinach in century egg broth. I liked that the broth was without minced pork in it. The Small portion was quite a lot for the 2 of us, we were stuffed at the end of the meal. Service was fast, both for the food and the bill. Only downside is the seating, tables are quite close together, not much privacy.
Prices are a little pricey but overall food is great and service is good. Selection of food is average with dim sum offered only during tea
I love their food, their drinks and as well as their service provided. Great and beautiful ambience. Will definitely go back for more one day.
Quality of food is above average however the food portion was very extremely small. We ordered a noodle dish in Medium size but it’s only barely enough for one. If they could revise the price/or the portion of food it would be awesome!
Must Experience traditional Sichuan cuisine everyday before 2.30 p.m. After 2.30 p.m. will be dim sum. Passion cardholder can enjoy some discounts. The food here is nice during last afternoon visit with my girlfriend.
food is decent and affordable. i would go back again
Food is good and service is accomodating but during peak hours cant really handle the crowd and can be a bit slow. The chicken came up when we are done with lunch.
