Touristy in a very touristy area food was bland service was ok

I was a bit disappointed, the food came out fairly quickly, too quickly really and the quality of the coleslaw was dreadful boarding on off and for a $43 plus meal this is not acceptable. When paying we noticed that two amounts were on the transaction receipt, they had charged in sin dollars and also a lousy exchange rate in Australian. We were not asked which currency we wanted they just did it in $Aus.

We loved the Persian food last night . Wouldn't it be better if the BD did most of her performance inside to attract the crowd?

We saw belly dance show on Thursday! It was awesome!! Also Food is quite nice. We liked chicken kebab and four kinds of signature platter.

Excellent food, nice ambience, belly dance on weekends, not at the cheap side though but quite bearable: 250-300 with a bottle of wine for 4 pax.

Mediocre food charged at ridiculous prices. The beef kebab was priced at SGD45 when it was only a few pieces of meat which would have only cost SGD10 in ingredients.

Would like more platters menus for group dining. Also, be nice to include pictures in the menu as majority of the food sound similar. Food was delicious!! Service was great!Thank you!

Great service. Great food. A wee bit noisy. Would be great if someone took new clients through the menu and make recommendations. If you are not Michelin star rated, please DONT go for it. Word of mouth rating is much better. Michelin star rating is a put-off for me

Order was wrongly taken and realised almost an hour later when no food was served. Other staff expedited. Dissapointed obviously, as brought guest from USA.

Service, attention was good but the food was just ok Overall value-for-money, it was three stars out of five at best in terms of taste and portions.

The Staff were very helpful and the food was excellent. This is the best Persian Restaurant I have eaten at and I encourage others when in Singapore to visit this Restaurant.

The food is delicious with nice ambience and service staff which were friendly and professional. They patiently explained what the dishes were when we needed help. Seems a little on the pricey side though.

It was a very ordinary experience. There was no one at the reception, finally when we were directed to a table it was unclean. The service was poor. Food was ordinary and overpriced.

Worst and humiliating experience . Want to get a taste of rudeness in the service industry visit the place.The manager shud b sacked showing no respect and eagerness to welcome the guests - rather upfront stating the minimum spending rules..which were not stated anywhere before booking.

The food and drinks were quite expensive, but tasty. The prices on the menu is one thing, but then they added tax and service above that.

Good food and service even on a busy Saturday. Belly dancer good but only dance outside and not in the restaurant we left around 21 00 so maybe later she dance for the paying customers.

All the food at Shiraz was really good, you get free bread and cheese to go with it too. The service was also very attentive.

The food was pretty authentic but the service level was bellow expectation. The nice waitress could NOT get the drink order correct. Belly dancer was a nice surprise on Sunday night.

we booked a table for 11 persons. Helpful staff in accommodating request and suggesting the right amount of food. The meat were tender and with the juice in it. Great food that goes well with the pita bread.

We couldn't find Shiraz and so we called the restaurant. Raju, the Snr Restn Manager, offered to meet us at a point to lead us to the restaurant. Unexpected exception good service that wow us. We have a good dinner...food was good...bellydance performance was awesome...good services throughout the whole night. It was a birthday dinner. Raju organised a birthday bellydance for my bff, not forgetting the birthday cake and photography! Wow wow wow....we were blown away by their friendly good service! Definitely...we will be back to Shiraz!

Nice ambience and food was generally good. The appetizer platter was surprisingly good but the fish and prawn kebabs were abit too sour and tough for our liking.

Appalling service - no-one wanted to serve us despite catching the attention of several staff - the manager's apology was grudging and merely rote. Nobody cared - we walked out. Used to be one of our favorites but no longer - the old staff were so much better - resting on it's laurels and sinking accordingly

Excellent meat quality. Warm service from staff. Belly dancing performance quite a bit of an inconvenience for indoor customers though. Their performance blocked the exit and entrance of the restaurant and seemed to be directed to people walking by instead of the patrons in the restaurant. Their performance could thus be done elsewhere maybe at the takeaway branch few doors down the stretch. Restaurant could also do with a better authentic belly dancer as well.
