Requested for window seat as it was a birthday celebration but was not given and yet there was a window seat still available by the time we left. Got our order for the side dish wrong and the service staff were mostly aloof. Unless you are looking high net worth, the staff can’t even be bothered about you. Food was not very good also.

We had a meal for lunch. Portion was just right and ambiance 4 /5 ratings. Too bad we didn’t get the widow seat as it was the highlight for this restaurant.

Excellent personal service. Charming ambiance. Staff was very accommodating with my wife’s food allergies. Quality of food inconsistent with previous superb experience; one serving of meat riddled with gristle, salad mediocre. The truffle fries were excellent.

It was our second time dining and the experience was excellent. An interesting menu (though pretty meat heavy, so perhaps not the ideal choice for non-meat eaters), attentive service, wonderful views and a great feel and atmosphere.

Extremely poor service, rude waitresses, and over-priced meal. One of waitress took the butter when I was still holding the bread without saying a word and they replaced it in more than 10 minutes after I asked for it. The taste of the food is just average.

Celebrated my son’s birthday with the family there. My son was pleasantly surprised with the birthday dessert and printed photo by the restaurant. Good service and excellent food.

Food was average, service was good and the view was breathtaking.

We went for lunch and ordered a 3 course set meal, which took almost 2.5 hours. If a set meal took so long to be served, one can imagine how much slower dinner order is going to be. The food is decent, view is great, price is of course on the high side for a fancy joint like this. Just don't go hungry or if you are not intending to laze over a super slow meal. And don't order too much - they don't do take-aways and they don't tell you about it.

Love the food and ambience. The view of orchard road was breathtaking. They have smaller portions for kids too which was good and a birthday dessert if we order a dessert on someone's birthday.

Had a farewell lunch with a great friend who has lived in Singapore in the last 7 years, before she returns to her home country in 2019. We thoroughly enjoyed the lunch set, the pork belly was juicy and tender; the sirloin steak satisfying; and the chocolate dessert of the day was rich and luxurious! Alas, the view of Singapore atop ion is simply breathtaking!

nice views from the 55th floor of ion orchard. expect to pay premium prices on the menu for this place. food is decent for the price and drinks are overpriced.

A fine dining resto on the 55th floor of Ion. Has a good selection of mainly Australian beef, even has an aged option. Nice view from the top, looking as far as Keppel Harbour.

The ambient was really good for a nice fine dinner after work with friends.

to be honest , the food was disappointing. my second visit here. had the oysters with gin which was not good. the gin / cucumber frozen ice on top did nothing to enhance nor mask the taste of the oysters. it pales in comparison with the oysters i had at me@oue which tasted so fresh and amazing. Then i had the main course - snapper, which was on a bed of lap cheong sauce and squid ink. the fish was fresh but the combination was complicated and useless, did nothing to make the dish special.

A place where the food is good, ambience is awesome and not forgetting the night scene setting where you look over the city skyline. Definitely a place I would return to many times to come.

Nice view and the burrata was nice but the market fish and prawn main we ordered was quite mediocre - prawns were not so fresh.

Great lunch. Staff was very helpful and polite. Food was very good, look for the “cheap and cheerful” wine section. Could have had another desert. Views were worth it too

Overall the place is good, my Son and Wife like it. I had chicken, Wife had lamb and my Son have pasta. Chicken is very good, lamb also nice but the pasta is ok. Service is great.
