Sakunthala's Food Palace

The service was good and fast as usually but food was cold despite the quality was good. That left us quite disappointed because we like to come to Sakunthala from time to time. Will think twice next time

Service needs to be improved, ordered food served delay and missed ordered items. But the restaurant is clean and tidy and pleasant looking of staffs and cashier..

Food and ambience were good. Service was ok. Employees were generally well versed of the menu and were very helpful. Food came within a short period of time.

That is our first dining experience at Sakunthala. Food is good, and staff service is excellent. Definitely will consider Sakunthala again for our family dinner.

Reserved for breaking of fast on 12/06 for 14pax incl kids. Place is nice & food were great with reasonable pricing. Staffs were friendly too. Will sure to come again in future.

Decent ambience and nice food! A mixture of spicy and non-spicy food for those not so into spicy food. Recommended to try the place. Thank you.

Plates were washed but not wiped properly. Quality of food can be better especially Thosais. Otherwise food was served promptly and waiters were pleasant and helpful.

My team and I love the food very much. The staff were polite and always there to serve. We choose Sakunthala's because it serve both Indian and Vegetarian dishes that we can all enjoy together.

Service was not the best . I was going to be late and called the restaurant. The person who answered did not even greet us properly. When we reach, table was not even wiped properly. So I wiped it myself. Was only given one menu for three people. Seriously ? Wanted this meal to be a special one cuz it was my dad's birthday. The food tho was pretty good. Just- the tom yam soup. OMG , seriously did the kitchen staff put one whole pack of salt in there. Me and Dad only had like one sip each! Disgusting. The drinks were pretty bad too. When we were leaving, again no customer service. My god. Food was good. The service tho - atrocious. Would come here again but probably not for some special meals

Will definitely make a trip down to Sakunthala's Food Palace if im around the area. Good service, friendly staffs and not forgetting the delicious food.

The staff were very friendly. Food was served quite fast upon ordering. And they were delicious. The fish head curry is a blast! Totally enjoyed it. Very appetizing! Will come again in the near future for their signature fish head curry.

Lamb masala was tender n flavorful although it is rather salty. Naan was good.(garlic n butter) Mango fish curry was flavorful n fresh fish. Tandoori chicken could be abit more tender instead of dry. Service wasn't that good but prompt if you remind them a few times. Cost wise was surprisingly value for money for 2 pax.

We only had the fish head curry as we bought this on a Groupon. The curry was great. The fish and vegetables was fresh, and the curry was fragrant, tangy and not overly spicy. The service was prompt and friendly too. We spotted loads of other dishes on the menu that we would love to try so we'll definitely be back again.

Second time here and as usual the service and the food never disappoints! Anyone who needs recommendation, do try the Naan and Lady Fingers, finger licking good!

Big, roomy and quick service. Lots of Waiters and Waitresses always prowling to ensure prompt service. Catering to the masses. Family and I enjoyed the food. Car parking along the street makes it easier to access the place.

Fast Delivary but Sequencing not good main course appeared before appetizer. Felt food was on sweet side, did not find much of spicy options for vegetarians. Ambiance is good, easy to access the place, near to MRT.

My family enjoyed our birayani vey much. I had the mutton. Fantastic. The portion is sufficient. Price is also affordable. Must try is the seafood which I had in my previous visit. Thank you for the experience.

Food that show in menu different from what it had served. When we checked with the staff, they say it just a picture. Disappointed with the answer.

Despite the high tech gadget, our orders were still got mixed up. One dish almost didn't come until I reminded them. One extra naan took about 20 min to come. Food was OK but service really need to improve

Fish head curry was good. Portion for large size was just nice for 4 - 5 persons. Restaurant ambience & service staff needs to be improved. No room decor. Looks like ordinary restaurant. Staff coordination very messy. All over the place.

Food was good except that service is a little bit messy. Service staff too busy to focus on our food orders when the restaurant starts to get busy. Needs improvement in the system of managing the restaurant during peak hours.

Great place for group gathering. Long tables can be found in this restaurant. Food was good and price was reasonable. Prompt service. Will go back again with friends and family.

Our usual orders.. fish head curry, Gobi cauliflower 65 and rice. Fish head curry lack of ladyfingers and brinjal. Gravy this time are nice. The rest are nice.

Authentic indian cuisines at reasonable prices. Masala crab were on the small side but the taste was good.
