Rocku Yakiniku

Staff are friendly and serving was fast. Second time back to Rocku with frends for a feast. We hope to c more variety of food.

the over ambience nice, they also have singers which build up the amtosphere, the crew good not so strict on the curfew if there are no new customers coming in.

Horrible service, was charged for something that didn't arrive. Expensive and not worth eating at, we weren't told that it was the eve of a public holiday, hence weekend charges.

Meat and sauce are great. Not much variety though. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was unique, giving off a 'rocker' feel. Drinks are a bit pricey.

Good service. And the price for weekday lunch is quite cheap. The source is nice too! Just the music is a bit too loud. But overall, I'm satisfied with it.

Generally, nothing much to shout about. In term of food: some items listed are not available and range of items are very limited. In term of service: food replenishment are slow and basic utensils like spoon and bowl are missing.

Rocky Yakiniku is a total different kind of buffet setting, instead of self-servicing the food, rocku yakiniku actually prepare it for you and serve it to you. The ambience of the place itself is also very engaging and interesting, musics of different eras and different genres were played to keep diners engaged. Staffs of rocku yakniku were also friendly and helpful when explaining the foods etc. It was overall a very good experience! Will certainly visit again!

Not fresh at all. Drink was expensive. Please do follow the quality like KL branch. Not even worth for that price. Do upgrade ur quality thanks.

Nice yakiniku but 100 minutes may be too short a time to enjoy the food comfortably. The location is good with mrt station nearby the restaurant.

the staff there is friendly, but the food range not much different in this 2 years. will be good to have include the drink in the buffet.

Waiters and waitresses were not attentive, & had to be called many time. Service was medicore. Food portion is quite miserable. Would have been terrible if its not a buffet.

Music was so bad, it was like a common karaoke area and you are forced to listen. Food was not bad though. Would prefer radio or Spotify music than that

great, value for money with the free flow beer with Groupon voucher. Ice cream sucked big time though. Wagyu beef is worth the top up of $6 +.

Good bbq with nice live music . recommend to friends

Food is good and ambience is great!. However restaurant is facing a shortage of manpower. Overall it was a great dining experience at Rocku

Service is so so, thought there is live band but there isn't on Tuesday. Food variety is limited with no prawns as one of the options for bbq

Consider cheap for a buffet. But there could be more variety. The jug of beverage is also a bit too expensive at 14.90 a jug for a lunch buffet costing 18.90

Very happy place the price is worth it for the premium meat cut, fresh mushrooms and the entertaining liveband. They have a beer competition and we won a jug!

Just lack of staff to serve the food. Overall nice atmosphere. Side dish was soso only. Nv replenished till we have to ask the staff for refill.

The meat are fresh and delicious. Great with the free flow of supply through the dinning session. Enjoy much with the nice ambience too. Will definitely recommend to friends.

The staff were friendly and a great help, and I love the atmosphere here! Food was really cheap too as my friends and I got the student lunch promotion (12 to 3pm). Definitely would recommend this place for lunch!

Too little varieties to choose from. Should include free flow soft drinks

this was my 3rd time there & comparatively:- the food selection & quality have deteriorate, the taste of the grill meat seasoning also not as flavoring, the beer was overpriced, the live band performance was kind of dry, not much eye contact/communication with customers. But the service of the staff were the only thumbs up.

The only good thing was that the live band was great, the rest was bad. Food was acceptable but the selection was poor and wasn't worth what they charged. The manager was very rude and not professional. He couldn't give simple instruction and caused a lot of confusion. We were asked to pay at 60mins time despite it being a 100 min buffet. All he said was, he has to close the bill. He also asked us to have our last order before payment but refused to serve us, until we finish all the food that we have on our table ( what kind of policy is this?). I also ordered 3 portions of prawns n salmon for my last order but only came 3 pieces of prawns. Probably afraid that we over eat. As a buffet, they were real stingy about their portion and kept chasing their customers despite, that the restaurant is less than 1/2 filled. Don't bother to go there, there are much more better options out there.

the choice of meat can be a bit more. the quantity per plate is just nice. the ambience is not bad. more choices of sides dishes would be nice

I like the ambience and the live band... the food is average. Short of waiters so the service not so good. Will come again but not so soon.

Very enjoyable experience in the restaurant. The singers on stage are very entertaining and I cab enjoy eating while listening to them singing. I love it!
