enjoyed the meats here! the charcoal bbq really makes the food taste better. must note that they are strict with time so order your food before the time runs out!

First time visiting, it looked understaffed but the service was pretty prompt & immediate to us!

The experience was enjoyable; where bbq places are uncommonly seen with gig singers. But there is room for improvement in terms of food and service. Some of the items were tasteless and some cuts of the beef were too tough to bite through, service-wise it would only be the speed where they change the grills or igniting the charcoal. We had to wait for a good 20 minutes for them to change the grill which was not in our favour as it was a bbq with limited time of 1.5hr. There was also the lack of proactiveness to help ignite the charcoals once again where we cooked thin slices of salmon for a good period of time before it was fit for consumption. For the price point I believe I would go somewhere else as the drinks were unbelievably expensive. $14. 90 ++ for a jug filled with your commonly seen canned Coke or lemon tea which could only fill 4 glasses. By the end of the dinner we had to get 2 jugs which could feed another person at the buffet.

we were presented with a meat platter the minute we took a seat and ordering more food was simple and quick with the help of a tablet! the music and live music is a tad too loud for my liking especially indoors. the only thing we were not too happy about is that we could not make any more orders after a certain timing which we were not informed about and they had cleared the bar area before we were informed of last order. otherwise the meats are really good and tasty esp over a charcoal bqq!

the noise level was really bad, but the yakiniku was very good. wish it can be less noisy tho.

Portion given was very small n we have to keep re-ordering which was a pain as there wasn’t a lot of staff movement!

Unique experience grilling with charcoal in a restaurant, but can be quite hot too, since you’re sitting quite close to the flames without being able to control it. Good ambience and food too. Staff could have spent more time telling us about the order methods and how the grill works. But overall still a good experience

The food is decent, meat for cooking is thickly sliced, menu is rather limited though. Ready cooked food is limited as well, and they are very sparse, especially when it's only one hour from closing, they already don't intend to serve fried rice. Dessert is very sparse as well. Fruits and jelly are meant for dessert but they run out early, and by the time we want to eat dessert, there isn't any left, and when we asked, they say no more. Nice atmosphere with a friendly live band (Thurs night).

Delicious charcoal yakiniku but service is lacking and requires you to run around the restaurant looking for the waiter/staff to refill your drinks or food.

Overall the experience was not bad. However the meat was mediocre. Although its buffet, normal drink isn't included. It is a bummer for those who doesn't drink beer which by the way, is included in their unlimited beer buffet set. Food:3/5 ambiance: 4/5. service:4/5

Overall experience was good. Prawns sold out in a fast rate. Waiting time was short. Live bands were good. Beer was nice. Ambient was nice.

Food ordered but never served. I think they served the ready available ones. Starter plate hardly sufficient for 5 diners. Not worth the $40 per person

Good and well seasoned food. But the enforcement of the 90 min limit was abrupt and assertive. Cut us off after only 60 mins. A line manager approached our table at the 60 min mark, said that its last order time do we wish to order. We said yes we are waiting for our previous order and we wish to order again, to which his response was to shut down and lock the ordering device. And what's worse is that we did not even get the full order. This habit of not giving the full order happened continuously through the night. Necessitating us to make many multiple orders. Going back to the last order action, in every restaurant we have been to, we are always told well in advance when time the last order enforcement will happen so we can pace ourselves. This was an ambush cut off where no warning is given plus the early cut off. What's the point of telling diners up front that it's 90 mins? The last order timing needs to be communicated early. This was our 4th visit and is our most dissapointing one.

Food quality and band music was average. Exorbitant price for the quality delivered. Lively atmosphere with reasonable beer tower prices. Spent ~80sgd per pax for a group of 9.

The band was interactive and music was great. We had a wonderful time there. Great for birthday celebrations and friends gathering. Would recommend to friends.

Great food and great music! Staffs were friendly and fast to assist us whenever we needed help. Will definitely recommend friends to go down to enjoy the experience :)

The ambiance was totally different and kinda cool for a bbq place. And i love the meat options. There's only one thing i would like to suggest to have English songs for their live band and only chinese as I believe not all of the diners can understand chinese. So everyone can Enjoy the music too :))

The Food is not so good and fresh. The environment is Noisy with band singing. Will not visit again. It is ot worth the value.

Slow serving and limited choice. ordering system slightly confusing due to lack of explanation, resulting a long waiting time for the food to arrive. not recommended

Can be rather noisy, and dark so might not be very suitable for children. The flashing lights was also quite annoying but the live music was nice, food was decent for the price.

Wagyu beef was not available (i didn't mind paying extra). No free flow of corn too by 1pm. Staff are very friendly. Place can be brighter..

A few of the buffet items were sold out when we were there. Despite that, there were many selections. I love the pork collar and chawanmushi (also freeflow). Overall, satisfying meal.

There were limited meat options, not quite described in the website. Part of the meat buffet were out of stock, like wagyu, pork collar, etc. But general service level is good.

Not sure if it's worth the money. Trial platter of meat and seafood would have filled at least one third of my stomach. If you are also going for the free flow beer, it makes you feel bloated. Overall, in 100minutes, you probably wouldn't be able to eat as much of your favourite meat as you like. Plus the setting is relatively dark and music is too loud to do any decent talking

Food quality is not good. Meat was thin and not tasty. Seafood always come in quantities less than what we had actually ordered. Enjoyed the live performance though.

Overall, the environment is nice and taste of food is good, but only the music is too loud and we hardly to have a talk.

The 100mins time limit is ridiculous considering the slow service and staff not responding to you while you try to get their attention. A long period was wasted with nothing to cook. What made the whole experience a terrible one was the staff not wanting to accept our last order, claiming that we will exceed the time limit as the order was "too much" and want to reduce the amount. I think it's very unprofessional because they did not even consider the fact that the reason we had the delay in ordering was because of their own inefficiency. The music was also too loud and I couldn't even communicate with my tablemates without raising my voice. Lastly, the cooked food like chicken karage, was overcooked, hard and dry.
