Calamari is the best! Bread as appetiser was delicious! Very authentic italian food!

Food was fair. Not really a lot of choices for vegetarians.

The ambience is good. The service is prompt. The food is tasty. Complimentary bread will also be given. No gst only service charge.

This was our 2nd visit to this place. We loved the food this time as well it's just that we didn't feel much then that we could inform the servers but that there was a bit too much of garlic in our Bruchetta and in our Aglio Olio. However the dessert (coconut ice cream) and the Gnocchi were awesome. I just love this place and will always visit it. It's just that this time we felt the garlic was way too much in our food.

The food served were not bad. Ordered four main course, two were really good another two were mediocre. The Farfalle Con Salsa Di Gamberi, which is butterfly pasta with prawn cream sauce is a must order dish. I changed the pasta farfalle to tagliatelle and it was delicious.

I have been patronizing this restaurant for over 20 years and the taste is not just consistent, it is great! Personal favorites are their seafood lunch set consisting of fish soup, calamari, vongole spaghetti, dessert and coffee/tea. Their bread is also amazing with the condiment. I highly recommend any one to give this restaurant a try!

What a find. It did not disappoint. I would have loved having the squid ink pasta but unfortunately that was only served for dinner. Easy and free parking was a bonus.

Attentive service with food in generous serving and value for money

Hands-down our family's most favourite home-style italian trattoria for over 20 years now (and counting ;-). All thanks to Rosie's warm hospitality and her many tasty dishes. Our family's must-haves: Fai Te (omakase), antipasti with ciabatta (baked in-house), vongole starter, zuppa pesci (rustic fish broth), spaghetti genovese (classic), seafood spaghetti and tagliatelle al nero (authentic squid ink sauce).

The food was tasty and as original as possible. The service was excellent. The ambience in the restaurant was relaxing.

It was a breeze to make reservation through Quandoo. Confirmation was immediate. I am never disappointed whenever i dine at Porta Porta. The food is made from the freshest ingredients and the portions are generous. The service is the best! Porta Porta gives you that homely feel that you always want to return for more. Highly recommend this restaurant. You wont regret!

We tried the special day set dinner menu for a good value of $60 person, with a 8 appetizers, soup, main course(meat) and 2 desserts. So that says its all...wahahaha

Serving time was good, but prob was too big I guess that's because of the price too. Little pricy for my liking. They have byob the days in a week which was generous.
