The waiting staff unprofessional. She dont even know her work. she cant give reasonable answers to customers quieries. Very poor service attitude.

The food was quite slow and our hot drinks were not that hot. Food is nice. Can improve more at the area where people washed their hands. Very hot air.

Had the Nasi Ambeng! The sambal goreng was a little dry, otherwise, overall dish was very tasty! Will come again!

Experience was okay. At first I was disappointed that the restaurant reserved an area where guest sits on the floor although I have stated in remarks that I will need 4 baby chairs. Other than that the service is good, staffs are friendly. But the beef rendang was too tough.

Food is great and service is prompt. For the 4 of us, we ordered the nasi ambeng for 2, satay platter and the chicken wings. Portion was just nice to fill us!

Had nasi ambeng set for 3. All three of us had diarrhea the next day. Also, didn't think the sambal goreng was great. the rendang was.

We had the nasi ambeng platter and some of ny friends had ala-carte dishes. The nasi ambeng for 3 cld easily feed 4 pax. They were generous with the dishes especially the beef rendang. Good food and good service.

Great place with great food! Staff were friendly and provided great service. Food was not considered expensive, with generally acceptable quantity. Overall a great place to enjoy traditional food.

Went on a Tuesday evening, quiet ambience indoors. Great service with call button on every table. Food is reasonably priced for the amount provided. Had the stir-fried long beans with tempe and tofu - spiced just right. Came with another friend. Highly recommended

Good food, though the portion of rice was the same for 3 pax set and 4 pax set. Staff was friendly. Celebrated a birthday and they were nice to serve free cake.

2nd time patronising Padi.Great food with reasonable price, great ambience and friendly staffs. Service was fast and food served fresh. Definitely will come again in future.

Pros: Staff were friendly. Cons: Prices are too steep for the standard of food served. The first couple of times we were there when they first operated, the food taste was better. The satay we had was very hard. Despite us telling them about the quality of their satay, no discount or "compensation" were offered.

Food and service was very good. We went at the 2nd floor and ate floor sit down style with carpet and pillows. Highly recommended! :)

Lovely, cosy restaurant and nice to eat together in groups. Portions are huge and wallet friendly too! Ayam lemak cili padi is too yummy! Highly recommended.

Atmosphere n service was ok. Food is questionable. Beef Rendang was good, prawns sambal was ok. Ordered ‘mixed vegetables’ was served raw bean sprouts with a few slices of red chili n something green. If they are serving raw bean sprouts state so or use the Malay name if it’s their specialty. The chendol n happy soda was horrible. I was far from happy after tasting their “Happy Soda” it tasted like bandung.

The ambience was nice. the food taste great as usual. the customer service are tip top. eventhough, they are also fasting they ensure that all customers food are ready before the break fast time. kudos to them.

Staff was nice to assist us with the table change. Thou we prefer indoor but it was understood that it was full! But nevertheless the table we got outside its just right! Food was so good! Definitely will come again!

It was great experience and it has always been my go-to restaurant with a group of people. I loved the food and the service. We forgot to pay them and returned after like an hour but the staff was very kind.

Brought my cousin from NZ to try the food in Padi and he loved it. Food portion was big for 2, enough for 3 pax. Food was served on time, just a few minutes before break fast. Food was amazingly delicious!! Staff were friendly and approachable.

Food is always good. Mainly local diners...a sign that food is authentic. Tables there are a bit small for our 5 person nasi ambeng. Service needed coaxing.

my relatives came from sweden and have never had nasi ambeng so we decided to go and have some. it was a great experience for them and the staff were friendly too. the portion for 3 people were just nice for the 4 of us.
