Staff there were very polite and friendly, they will pay attention to you, such as your gesture. Example, if you put your bag behind you, they will offer a chair to place your bag. Or when they see that you have finished your main course, they will serve the next dish. However, the noise level were high due to a group of people shouting and laughing loudly. Excellent services though, thank you!

We had a lovely time with our friends visiting from Spain. The food was delicious and the usherer as well as servers attentive and polite. Our request for a window seating with a great view was seen to. The servings for wine per glass should probably be a little more. On the whole a very pleasant experience!

Excellent service and ambience. We requested a change of seats so that we had a better view of the Marina Bay Sands, and Martin, the Operations Manager was only happy to oblige. He also gave sumptous recommendations on food.

Ambience in the restaurant was really good. Had a window seat because we was early. Had the fish and pork and it was so-so. Outside food would be nicer.

Main course was ok, wagyu t-bone was excellent. Unfortunately, the table was arranged at the extreme corner and croissants served were cold. Air con was blasting way too cold for comfort but thankfully the waiter helped us to turn of off. Dining at the restaurant area unable to order lounge food as starter. Inflexible policy.

The staff are very attentive. They make sure that everything is served with good quality. They can even make something even before you request for it. I enjoyed the food as well.

Prices were quite expensive for what it was. Service was accommodating but had to move seats a few times. An amazing view though! And the rooftop bar is great.

We enjoyed a nice starter with fresh cold cuts and a variety of cheese. The main dish we shared a large steak which was explicit!! Service excellent!!

Great Food, wonderful view and amazing time we had. This place is very romantic and I will definitely have dinner again. They used to have a band however they have stopped that now. They should start that again.

Food was ok but the staff (the lady who received us at the door and the managers in suits) could have been more sincere and warm. The waiters and waitresses were friendly and helpful though. They were polite, not rude but somehow lacked sincerity. They were more attentive to the higher spending customers I gathered. What was most disappointing was that I was celebrating my husband's birthday on that day. In my reservation through Quandoo, which I followed up with a phone call to the restaurant the next day, I asked for a surprise cake / dessert for my husband. Through the phone call, the lady assured me that yes they could arrange for that and that the restaurant does give complimentary desert for birthdays. But it NEVER happened, not that I wanted the complimentary desert, I was more than willing to pay for it, just wanted the surprise to be carried out. This has never happened before in all the restaurants that we have been. Monti gave us the impression that they only cared for selected customers. I did not ask or pursue as from the start of the dinner, I wasn't too happy with their service. It was all cursory and for the sake of doing it, at least to me and my husband. Even when we left, we wanted to just acknowledge the staff and say goodbye, but none of them even bothered to make any eye contact or even noticed that we left. Just want to say again that the above is with regards to the higher level staff, the waiters and waitresses were fine, which made it even more disappointing. Wasn't happy at all with the whole experience, even the above average food couldn't make up for it.

Service and manners of waiter and management staff poor. My date, the manager moved away her plate assuming we are sharing without asking. I waited 20 mins in bar without a waiter asking if I needed to order a drink. Had to go to bar to get order. Manager needs replacing and staff need better training. Restaurant location is nice but the staff fail. It doesn't do jazz anymore and the manager said people complained of noise. Later instead of jazz it becomes a nightclub. What a liar.

Understaffed, mediocre food, not worth the bill (paid someone’s else’s, thankfully the waiter chased us to let us know). You can’t shake the feeling that it’s functional to the tourists from Fullerton hotel.

Excellent service and awesome food, a must try. Just a tip for those who enjoy a bit of a tipple, Happy Hours is only applicable to the lounge which is upstairs. Weird but what the heck, their rules right? Food is repeat AWESOME, even the bread basket and the herb butter, yum

It's a beautiful, romantic place to dine! The staff is friendly too. But you need to watch out for which toilet to enter, which is fine.

Service was slow due to the lack of staff. Left the place feeling hungry, due to the small portion of the 5 course meal served over 2 hours plus.

We went for a Sunday brunch (1+pm-3+pm), with 2 children. The kids corner was great, helped entertain the children while waiting! I love the pleasant surprise of a Birthday Celebration with a nicely took photo (in hardcopy!) Thanks :)

Overall satisfactory but payment settlement was disaster at the end as my husband's credit card was blocked due to mishandled of the credit card according to my bank's (HSBC Malaysia) finding and explanation.

We had a business lunch with a overseas business associate. The atmosphere was great and food are up to standard. The staff were nice and attentive. Will definitely visit again.

Food was normal. service was terrible. unable to enjoy the dining the whole night. Too much distraction from the staffs who were busy preparing for the party eventhough are still guest having their dinner.

Great view with warm & friendly staff around, however the service is not complete at times with food or drinks served without cutleries, service staff need to be reminded that cutleries are missing when food or drinks is served.

Setting is lovely. Service was ok. Staff were friendly . Family friendly however we felt confused as it’s slightly high end yet the band was singing songs like ‘heads shoulders knees and toes’ , which is fine for those with toddlers but not people on a romantic lunch date
