Food is good and cheap and one can get to eat fairly exotic options (pig intestines, ears).
The variety is good and price is decent for such a “downtown” area.

My first time trying Myanmar food. Came recommended from a friend. Love the tea rice dish. Dishes were on the salty side.
Good food, prompt service, clean environment. Affordable for central area.
First time trying Burmese food. A pleasant surprise. Had the mee shay. Chilli flakes came on the side but I added too much, so it was abit too spicy, but still good!
