La Jiang Shan Hotpot - 辣姜山旋转小火锅

The service at the restaurant was great, the servers continued to attend to us during the meal & was helpful in ensuring our hotpot & pan were heated. This is an individual pot place so everyone gets their own pot. That said, certain seating were observed to be crammed - we sat in a booth that was quite squeezy so we had to move in order for soup to be topped up. Otherwise, a generally decent experience.

I hope the cooked sweet and lightly spicy clams that was offered during the lunch will be offered in the dinner buffet too. My dinner experience on 18 Nov dinner buffet is as follows: i) the raw clams wasn't satisfactory, as it is not very fresh and have sands on it. ii) quail egg is not fresh iii) raw scallop is not fresh iv) can throw in broth for free for member for the dinner buffet?

Portion was quite generous, and the staff were very caring and responsive, even during this covid-19 period (with extra workload of having to serve each individual orders.) Kudos to the staff! Orders were well handled. Love the service here, 10/10 will visit again!

The soup bases and selection of food were fantastic, as was the taste and quality. We had a group of four and were able to get a table coming off the conveyor, which I recommend for any group bigger than 3. The main issues was that you have to be quick to grab the food (you cannot take the containers off the belt), which can be challenging when you are doing this for everyone on your table (if you happen to be the one sitting near the belt). Recommend.

Service was excellent and staff were attentive. Not to mention the delicious spread. We chose a corner seat instead of the high counter seats due to medical reason and the service staff promptly asked what meat would we like as the conveyor belt does is not directly in front like other seats (but it was close enough).

Limited choices plus additional charges for soup base and drinks. Not very worth it. Not recommended for big groups so limited seating and is mostly high chair seating arrangement. Inconvenient for ppl at large table to choose food
