Food was good and impressed with service. Despite shortage of staff and the busy dinner crowd, the staffs served with a smile and very attentive.

Food is great. It's a good place for gathering and family dinner. Remember to place your order in advance, it could be quite a wait for the food to be served.

Poor services. There is much more to improve on the way how the service crew treat their customers, the did not do a guest check to check back whether how was the food & services.

Food and service is nice and fast. Only complain is don't order the hor fun. The coffee ribs is very nice. The yam desert is nice too.

Jing long located in Bedok which is very near my office. The service is good with friendly stuff. The food is not bad too .

Indoor seating is a bit of a squeeze on a crowded Sunday evening because of the tables being placed close to each other. The al fresco dining area may be a better option on a cool night. Service was good. All food ordered were of a high quality. A very good overall experience.

Everything is good. Will make reservation when it's not CNY period when they are unable membership discount on CNY when i'm not ordering CNY Set dinner package.

Prompt service was provided by service staff. However the food took some time to arrive. My reservations was made online but the restaurant got my personal details wrong which created some confusion at first. Took a while to be assigned a table. Overall, the food was good so I would return.

Food is good as always. Love e lobster porridge. The only thing is to book early to so that you can get to sit indoors in the air conditioned area :)

We were treated to the VIP room. Service was friendly & fast. The food we ordered were good & the prices were very reasonable. No 10% service charge. We will definitely go back!

In my opinion it is one of the best chinese restaurant in the east area. It offers a variety of excellent dishes. The service if good as well though not really pocket friendly.

Service staff were very friendly but food was served a little too slowly and were lukewarm. Could be due to the restaurant being really crowded. Will return again during a less crowded period.

No service charge. Servers were fast and constantly refilling drinks and changing fresh plates upon seening our plates are dirty. Food was tasty and fresh too.

Food and service was good and value for money. But the restaurant did not take down our quandoo reservation and we ended up having to sit outside the restaurant which we had preferred not to. I suggest not to use quandoo but phone calls for reservations as the restaurant seems to use a very manual way of taking reservations by hand, and may not stream reservations from quandoo into their list.

my fav chinese restaurant. great for family gatherings. easy to find parking at nearby HDB. staff is friendly and great at recommending dishes. will be back again

Great food and good service from the restaurant staffs. We love the Chilli crabs, oats prawns, fish maw soup, coffee pork ribs and their signature orh nee with ginkgo nuts. Well loved by our guests from Hong Kong.

Food is good and reasonable pricing. It's a void deck restaurant but renovation is nicely done. Waitress is attentive topping up tea. No service charge.

Overall experience was very pleasant. Food is rather expensive especially seafood such as Fish and Crab but worth the price. Definitely would visit again next time.

I was sad to know that there is no promotion on crabs for weekend, so we unable to try their fish because their salted egg Sri Lanka crab is $62.00/kg. The good part is we managed to try their famous dish called Home made bean curd and Coffee pork ribs. We have to thank you for this reservation app in making us to have our table indoor in the air-conditioned dining area instead of outdoor.

Food was above average, and service was great! Ordered chilli crab, it had a slight spicy taste but was slightly sweet at the same time.

Reservation is very easy and user friendly, hopefully customers will use it frequently , no need to call , just key in particulars and it will be automatically reserved !

Worth recommending. Value for $. Food is good. Excellent service too. We ordered 11 dishes inclusive of dessert and it only cost us $276 for 10 pax. Will be back for sure.

in general, nice food which was reasonably priced. however, food took a bit too long to arrive - first dish arrived only after almost 40min of ordering, and wait in between dishes was spotty

Food is good. You will need to reserve earlier (perhaps one week). If not, you might be getting the non-aircon area though there are fans.
