Environment on the other hand was pretty cosy. Suitable for both family & business dining. Food wise, it's definitely a must have for the slow roast duck & their Mongolian pork w/lychee. Pretty interesting fusion.

Had a bucket of fun with my colleague at Hi! Joyful’s new Karaoke room concept :D we all enjoyed the free flow of drinks and that huge plate of seafood platter so much!

This is my return visit to Hi! Joyful. The food was as good as previously however, some seafood was missing in the platter, perhaps the bamboo clams was not available or out of stock yesterday and the crabs was not so fresh as the previous visit. Nevertheless, the taste did not compromised, I ordered a different soup stock (original flavour) and it was equally good. The service rendered by the staff was friendly and prompt. I would recommend this place for group gatherings as they have karaoke entertainment.

Food and K-system is good. William, the person in charge is very friendly. However, i can't say the same for the staffs working/serving the private rooms area. Faces are black and everything we ask, reply is i don't know reply.

We are pleasantly surprised with the service, food quality and ambience. It was a very quiet lunch hour at Hi! Joyful. Seated at the 2nd flr of the restaurant, we are the only table on the entire floor. The waiter was absolutely fun and efficient (probably he had only us to attend to). Well, you get this vibe on the food quality may not be as good because of no crowd. However, we ordered the 2-4 pax seafood platter in fresh chilli base, we totally was blown away with the varieties of seafood and the delicious flavour; there were 5 of us and yet we cannot finish a 4 pax platter! We promised we will return for more, different flavours in the next round and with more friends. 2 thumbs up for this visit.

Best frog leg porridge in singapore. Place is spacious, price is reasonable and taste is the best out there. Don't bother with the rest. Eat this!

The environment is suitable or group gathering. The seafood platter portion is big and fresh but the mala soup is abit spicy. Overall is satisfied.

The food is delicious, the place is cozy and comfortable. Customer service need to be improve. Staffs look very restless and lifeless. Overall, the place is worth going again.

Though already reserved tables and set for 4 pax via the apps but when reach the restaurant, the service staff just lead us to 2nd floor & leave us there without telling us to place order, only until we saw the table behind us whom came in much later is eating happily then we asked the service staff but she reply 'you all haven't place order yet!'

Food and service are overall satisfactory. Prices are average as well. Not too pricey, but not on the cheap side considering all the seadood available.

Great ambiance. Food was fantastic. However the fried rice was disappointing. Rice was hard. Taste good but wasn't cook evenly. All of us had a great time.

The food is average only. Quite disappointed with both the expensive food and drinks menu. Karaoke at level 3, done at level 2, when people are jumping around, you hear them too

Restaurant location is easy to find. Comfortable environment with booth seats on 1st and 2nd floor. Except for the washroom which requires some cleaning. Food is relatively fresh as well.

The restaurant proved various fresh sea food . Worth to try it as the prices are average . We only wait a little too long to serve our food .
