There’s a male serving crew, Chinese uncle who is handling outdoor seats very friendly and helpful. But there’s a female serving crew who standing at the entrance. Is VERY RUDE and IMPATIENT. The food and environment is good overall, she is the ONLY ONE who spoiled the mood. Im not sure what’s her name, she is there around 7pm+ to 10pm + on 07 Oct 2024.

Service is horrendous. No vibes and no chill. Better off buying from 7-11 and sitting by the kerb to drink. Their staff’s attitude seem like you owe them a living. Unhappy & unprofessional staff. I’ve visited this outlet 5x and all of them were like this. Food were severely mediocre for that price. Prawn aglio was tasteless and dry.

Great service and great guide from the restaurant manager on using the birthday vouchers. Will be good to have more perks, may help return customers. Foods quality and portions may need to improve. Tried Astons steak, their quality and portion was nicely done.
