Great place and service! Food was serve pretty fast as well :)

food standard is as per what you were expect for hdl. waiting times could be longer than expected

A bit disappointed with the signature tomatoes Soup base. Less flavourful than IT was used to be. Also the pig stomach & chicken broth is very diluted & rather bland. Only the #海底撈 麻辣 Soup still meets the benchmark. Otherwise the rest of the broth’s comparable to non haidilao. #16Oct2022

hai di lao is my place to go for good steamboat. always has been a loyal customer ^^
As usual, awesome food and service from hai di lao. Just a point to note that the reservation is just giving yourself a priority queue. Not reservation per se.
good service, very attentive staff. Love the snacks and the free manicure. BUT the waiting time for the manicure was impossibly long, waited for hours until I almost gave up. Fortunately I got mine done finally.
service is good as usual and I hope the other outlets will start doing reservation by Quandoo too!
