The food was good, but the waiting time was a little long. They would serve food table by table, so the earlier bigger tables ordered more dishes, it would take a longer time for your food to be served. They could make the waiting time more bearable by steadily serving dishes to each table instead, so that the wait could be more bearable. But of cuz, it could be due to manpower shortage, that they have adopted this delivery style. I liked the QR code ordering system, but the staff didn't even have time to retrieve the order from the system, and they had to come and ask if we had already placed our order.

This is a visit after many years. The food standard is acceptable. However, as the restaurant is really short handed, gotta expect a longer waiting time for food to be served

Except for the Yu Sheng and Fish and hot plate tofu, other vegetable dishes like broccoli mushroom n spinach are very bland and not so appetising

Restaurant was quite busy today, clearly shortage of service staff, no smile, no greetings, didn't even ask if we have reservation...simply check our vaccination status and seat us.

his is our first and last visit to this restaurant, because, when we reached the restaurant that day, the waiter at the counter forced us to a small table near the toilet, letting me and my Family ’s meal there. I went to ask him to see if we can change to the empty seat next to some comtomes , he said no, because there is no space. Although the restaurant is such a large room, and we are the last We went in for dinner, our time was 16.45pm, and there were still many empty tables at that time, and no one was dining. I said that we booked online, but we didn't choose a seat number and a set meal for New Year's Eve, and I also Understand that there may be many people who dine on the day and cannot choose a seat, because they did not specify when booking, and it was impossible to force us in the place close to the toilet, and it was very airy and roared, saying that they could not be casual. Change your own seat. From this point of view, we feel a little bit upset, and we are at a loss. Fortunately, a female waiter came to order food, and our talents were able to change to a table next to it and have a reunion dinner. So the service quality of this restaurant is too poor This is our first and last visit. Thanks.

Good ambience and staff service. But price a bit steep

One of our top choices for family dinner. The food used to taste better. Ordered the usual yam ring, kang kong sambal, seaweed soup and cereal prawns. Yam ring and kang kong sambal were a disappointment this time round. The yam has a weird aftertaste and the Kang kong sambal was too spicy. Have provided the same feedback to the counter staff who acknowledged and thank us for the feedback. Cereal prawns and seafood soup were great as usual. Will still pay a visit to this restaurant. The service staff were friendly and prompt. Hopefully the food will improve by then!
