most of the mains were nice but all were really small to feel full, Seaweed pasta was weird with the taste of the preserved olive vegetables (the kind you eat with teochew porridge). waffles was too hard. hotcakes and drinks were nice. ondeh ondeh cake was disappointing

We made a reservation so no waiting time was needed. Food was really delicious but the place was so crowded and noisy.

We still waited for a while for our table even though I've reserved it through the app as the place with packed. But the food was good and the service was still pretty prompt considering the amount of people they had on a public holiday :)

Previous visits were only for desserts or finger food. First time trying their mains, which were passable. would stick to just a dessert venue which is great, for Curious Palette.

Food was great, service a bit slow and food came out at different times. Staff courteous and great relaxed atmosphere and decor

Went down just for the ricotta pancake and it did not disappoint!! i love it. price is abit on the high side, can consider using the entertainer app! booking is a must if you do not want to wait, especially on weekends. the crowd is crazy!

Friday night, place was crowded. Food was meh... could be better

The table near to entrance is very warm like suana. Had to change to inside more cooling. Waiters n waitress are polite n helpful. Food not too bad but slightly saulty.

The hot cake was a little disappointing. We had to return it the first time as It was not warm. To their credit, the second one came pretty fast. However, the taste was not the same as the last time I tried. It’s not fluffy, perhaps there’s a change in flour they use or the person making it.

Went on a weekend and it was really crowded! Slightly Long wait times for the berry hotcake and had the chase the kitchen quite a few times as we ordered 3 but was only served 1 (took more than an hour to come) The hotcake is Worth the wait though Also they managed to accommodate us a group of 14 even though they didn’t recommend more than 10 people sitting in the same table for comfort Truffle Fries were overcooked being super crispy

The pancake and coffee was good. Cray roll and breakfast plate was ok. Won’t bother about the mentaiko pasta and pull pork, pasta was definitely over rated.

The lunch menu is more appealing that brunch. But a nice cafe nonetheless.

Nice place for brunch. The hotcakes are nice and fluffy! Tad hard to spot the tiny signboard on the chair. Passed by twice before I realised that was the place.

Awesome . Wheat Ale is the best ! Have that before you order your main dish

Cozy place for breakfast & I like Kaya Coffee Butter Toast, it’s nice! But too bad service staff not really great.

Ambience was great. Service attentive. Food average n nothing to commend despite being special dishes created by new young chef Desmond Shin as believe staff could not execute preparation since chef not in attendance

Have been here a few times for brunch and chilling, the atmosphere is good and the food is good. The past few visits have been more than awesome, except last Wednesday, the waiter that was taking our order sounds pretty flustered and impatience towards us, including him kinda “snatching” away the menu when we requested to keep one in case we wanted to order more. Well, maybe coz it was crowded and he was busy so he wasn’t very patient with us🤷‍♀️

the service is too slow,had to leave before even completing my order coz it didn’t show up even after 30mins .they mentioned it takes 30min for the hot cakes ,was waiting for 45mins but no luck! ordered two orange juice maybe they went to pic orange in india that’s why forgot!over all very disappointed!

Nice but a little too noisy. Close proximity to neighbours. Must reserved im advance if not be prepared to be waiting.

Made a visit to the restaurant a 2nd time to try out more of the revamped menu under Chef Desmond Shen. Was thoroughly impressed by the dishes there both times in particular the sugarloaf cabbage, fried cauliflower, the lamb and the fried chicken sando.

Good food and amazingly good coffee. I will be back!

It was a pleasant experience for the three of us. The waffle was awesome! The truffle fries was huge in serving. We were happy and ta-bao it back to share with our colleagues. Thank you!

The place is rather small and the noises level is very high. However, the lunch and dinner menu is really good! Try the cauliflower!

Found the crayfish roll to be too creamy. A little lighter on the sauce would bring out the taste of the crayfish better. Service was good.

place was nice, above 15 minutes waiting time probably because it was very crowded for a Thursday evening! quite noisy but the food and smiley staff made up for it.

Place was crowded, understandably as it wasn’t a weekend. Air conditioning could be better as it was rather warm. Sambal Prawn Mentaiko pasta was not spicy at all. Was looking forward to it. Friendly service nonetheless.

food was nice but felt that it was not as nice compare to first visit and portion size shrink a little.

The atmosphere was nice. Sea salt chocolate drink was good. But fries were a bit too salty.

Food and service was good! Except that the restaurant got a little Smokey at times.

Grilled cauliflower and lavender Earl Grey cake were delicious. I wish there are a few more selection for the main dish.

Always enjoyed the services from your friendly and attentive staff. :) Crowded is always something expected at the cafe but not sure if the number of tables increasing, the space getting a little tighter. Only thing would want to feedback was there suddenly the supposed to be BG musics got louder and louder... Overall the standard of the cafe never disappointed me on my every visits, thank you!
