COLLIN'S® - Changi Airport Terminal 3

Environment is cosy/ comfy and staff who served us, his service is present and excellent. Others: 1) soup not hot. 2) requested to serve main dishes after starter/ soup, but all dishes served very fast. So at the end, the steak dishes not hot and fried dishes not too crispy. Cooks' timing control can do better.

Good food and polite staff. 1 of the staff came, ask if hows the food and if everything is fine. The T3 outlet is very cosy and the food taste much yummier than in Funan especially the calamari but the pork ribs just 5x only.

The food was not bad but abit too oily.The prime ribs was fantastic because it is very tender. I like it. I ordered the mixed meat set c/w pork,chicken,squid heads,onion rings,vegetable salad and coleslaw.I shared with my hubby. The portions are meant to be shared by 2pax.Overall the food are nice and if not so oily will be even better. The service is normal n considered average.
