good place to have gathering, central area, had introduced many friends here.

Good food, good environment. Food is served fast. Soup is nice too. Cheaper than Haidilao.

Soup base and the meat is good. Can be pricey but depends on what you ordered.

Great service and food was served quickly:) they topped up the soup quite fast and often this time round which is 👍👍 to prevent the noodles from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Personally, I like to have 2 soup base: Mala and the chicken mushroom soup so its a mixture of sweet and spicy😁 I think 1 serving of mee sua is more than enough if you cook it long enough as its quite starchy. Getting the single meal set is more than enough per person for my family unless we are very hungry. Would recommend just getting 1 set and ala carte soup & 1 meat if its 2 people who cant eat a lot as the set has quite a lot of vegetables😁 Would definitely eat here again😊

Soup base is superb! (Love the fish milk soup and herbal soup) quality of their beef is good and their set meal quantity can really feed you to the fullest. Sauce bar is well maintained and clean and service wise is attentive.

Value for money. Good for people who do not like to share pots

Condiment choices are increasing, and those are free, unlike some other steamboat places. Plain water is free, too. Soup choices are increasing. I personally love their kimchi, and their single sets never fail to fill me up. One of the rare places where they'd allow refill of the base soup/paste, if you ask for it. My first choice for steamboat/hotpot!

Good quality food at decent price. Location is easily accessible.

I made a reservation but came slightly later. Good thing they don't mind. Food is served pretty fast. They also helped me to keep a birthday cake (planned for my colleague) in the fridge, helped to light up the candle, and prepared a few small plates too. Yay!

There is quite a wide selection of soup bases. There is a choice of having 2 soup bases in an individual pot which makes it more personal & hygienic, with a relatively good mix of food items. Hence, it was a good dining experience on the whole.

Overall the food is good. but seems like they have a shortage of manpower. It takes sometimes to get the waiter/waitress attention.
