Visited a few times. Service was as usual, not too prompt. The tea is nice (5/6) . Personally I like the food (5/6) though I've friends who do not like it. Overall, I'll still return to the place.

Great food ( every dish and tea ordered was a hit), great ambience, generally ok service although one more senior staff seemed to be more contrived in her smiles.

The server like having doubts did I reserve not. And it's not as quite as plaza singapura outlet.

Food and drinks were ok, enjoyed my Red Date Oolong Tea! However, trying to catch attention of a waiter just to order a bottle of water and having it served took us ages.

Online Reservations process was smooth. Restaurant seems shorthanded and not attentive enough. There wasn't a crowd at 915pm. We're there only for desserts and waiting time of more than 15mins to prepare 2 sets of simple desserts was too long.... (1 set = 2 scoops of ice cream & a small slice of tart)

This restaurant is definitely worth visiting as the ambience is very good. The selection of food and drinks is excellent, especially the various specialty tea.

1) There are 4 of us having 4 starters and 4 mains. The starters were serve one after another, ie. after finishing then the next will be served. 2) The restaurant's ventilation was very bad that after we left the restaurant, all our clothes and hair smell of oil. 3) We were seated in a corner sofa seat which is very good for privacy. However, it was very difficult to catch the servers attention to attend to us. Thank you.

I had the duck wrap and pear tea which tasted great. However the service was not as good as expected. When I arrived, the place was packed and the staff took a good 8 min to get my table ready. The wrap also arrived way before the tea got served which was not acceptable to me. The ambience was not as conducive as before the business picked up. Average overall rating.

Food was really good! But service staffs were not attentive. Took us quite awhile to get their attention to place our orders and ask for chili sauce.

Food was so so. Service average when there's not much crowd. And the cushion were rather dirty compared to pictures. Not bad experience but won't be going back again.

We spent a wonderful girlie afternoon in Arteastiq... Nice ambience, delicious food, great service especially from Aida... the cold lychee tea is amazing! Must try!

Hospitable and relaxing place for fun "painting", but quality of brush could be improved/ bot for those looking for quality results. Fun place for teens!

All the dishes have served except mine however the Chef came to our table explained and apologised to us and he made a special dish which required less cooking time, the salmon was delicious!

Had a great evening dining at Arteastiq - Mandarin Gallery with friends. Their food is good and they have a wide selection of interesting tea, including alcoholic fruit tea. Personally enjoyed the Lychee Tea with Umeshu.

Service was alright, food good and served warm too. Love the tea choices as well. It is a perfect place to chill and have a good meal.

It has Nice ambience, comfortable chairs and cosy. food is delicious. It's my 1st visit & will visit more in future. Best of all. The staffs are friendly.

This place is being overrated for sure. We ordered the 2 tier afternoon tea tray and it took almost 40-50 mins to reach our table with our chasers in between! By the time the food was served, our hot beverages were already very cold. The service is definitely not up to the mark.

Reservation was great. The only thing was, since we were five people, we couldn't sit out in the bright, comfy couch cafe. Food and tea were delicious!

We were seating there about 4hours to have our tea until dinner. Everything is good , the environment was feel so nice and not so noisy compare with smaller space cafe...everything about enjoy.

It's an awesome restaurant with awesome service. The sweet potatoes fries is nice too. No harm trying out!! I love the French Rose tea too. It is very fragrant.

Food was great. But the staff are not considerate. I was trembling bec I had an empty stomach. I ordered a drink but it takes some time to come so I approached the male staff at the counter for a biscuit. I explained my situation but he refused to give me a biscuit. I told him to give me then the biscuits for my drink first and he can take off from my drink. He complianed But he was unhappy.

Ease of making a reservation make it convenient to confirm our gathering venue. Nice cosy ambience for a small gathering. Tasty and refreshing tea concoctions

The place is very nice, but around 5:30 a lot of customers left and the stuff was busy cleaning tables and we had to wait a lot for the tea.

The lychee tea n pomelo tea are great. The high tea is a bit small for 2 persons but ok. The food is good. The table by the window is a bit small to have proper meals properly.

The restaurant was barely filled, but we had to wait more than an hour after placing our orders for our food to arrive. Upon checking with the waitress who took our orders, she actually went back to the system to check, and then came back again to ask what our orders were. We asked if she had previously not keyed in our orders, but she just kept beating around the bush, saying that she'll hurry the kitchen. After she 'hurried' the kitchen staff, our first order miraculously came within 15 minutes (the sweet potato fries - sides); the mains came 5-10 minutes later. The overall ambience was nice, the lychee tea in particular was very pleasing to the senses, though the main courses wasn't spectacular. I would return just for the tea but not the mains.

The place has a nice view of the city, place feels cosy, great place to have high tea with girlfriends. Although tea were slightly expensive.

Great ambience, great lunch set promotion, very attentive & helpful waitress, great dessert(premium ice cream), unique tea variety. Great tasting food. They just need to have "recommended" labels over the food in the menu so that customers will know what are good choices of food there!

Ambience was great but furnishing of the restaurant wasn't practical as tables were tiny and plates were big. Kitchen wasn't communicative in informing items that were out and it seem difficult to change food items. Service was friendly though limited due to lack of staff. Overall it was okay

Long waiting time for food. Waited almost an hour before the food came, which did not live up to the hype. It was rather overpriced given the quality and quantity of food being served. Consistency of the food served is rather poor. We had the high tea set.
