Food was awesome. Service was great and timely. Ambience is great for small chill gatherings and even dates. Lychee Oolong Tea is my new fave now! Will definitely visit again for the high tea menu!

Great atmosphere and ambience. Had a birthday lunch with friend. Love the woodsy retro deco and vibe. Had the crayfish spaghetti, salmon and mussels. Requested for less spicy for the crayfish and mussels dish. All great. Although the tiramisu was a bit watery with the milk. Overall experience was still great. Staff was prompt in serving and available at the press of a button.

We tried the pizzas today and they have a good taste. Fresh ingredients are used and the crust was crispy and delicious. Many sides to choose from too, such as truffle fries to go along

I’m a big fan of floral tea and this is one cafe with lots of variety. So far, my favourite is the lychee tea. The mains and sides are delish too! Try their salmon Tuscan, fried squid and chicken fillet, they are really good :)

Tried the salmon. very tender inside. The mushroom soup is nice too. it will be good if there is other choices for the tea set. like kuehs.

New menu was nice. There are more varieties such as pizzas and sides which is a plus point. The teas are now packaged in perfume bottles instead of the usual pot, nice!

Understand that reservation will be held for 15mins and my friend actually reached there at exactly 1:15PM yet the staff indicated that table had been released and told that reservation for the day was full even though we do couple of tables and they actually gave seats to those in Queue. The attitude of the staff was also very unprofessional and crude. I do know that they have their own in-house app and they actually seems to honour those reservations more than Quandoo. As customer, I do know if I'm late but to be on the point of exact 15mins' grace, I don't think they should reject it unless customer is there at 1:16PM. Am extremely disappointed in the way the restaurant handles this but it's ok coz this will be the first & last time I will dine there.

Food and ambience are okay but only thing is that when we want to order some more drinks the waitress said the 2 hours limit is up so we got give up the table. Is disappointing cause we wanted to try others on the menu, is not that we sit there for nothing after we finished our food.

As soon as we step in, we were greeted by a friendly young man. Who ushered us to our dine in seats promptly. Appreciated the fact that our reservation was taken note of and gave us a very nice seat. Service staff was very attentive too. Food was delicious and kudos for the back of house staff to really take note on our special requests for our meal. Overall experience is great! Keep it up please. Everyone was really friendly ✨

High tea set is great! The teas especially Lychee is really unique.

Warm lights nice ambience to chillax. Food was nice but was not able to have the flexibility to allow certain ingredients to be replaced due to food Allergy.

I have been to Arteastiq quite many times. During the latest visit, tea standard is still good, but the hi-tea set seems to be getting "simpler" than before. The cookies served with the tea tastes unique and delicious though.

Great dining atmosphere and love the great selection of teas they offer.
