As a coeliac I was assured that I would be given gluten free food - whilst very tasty I have just spent the last 3 hrs violently ill and could not be more devastated at the lack of judgement in catering for someone with a serious gluten allergy.

Excellent Italian cusine. One of the few restaurants that worth a visit. Good food and good service!

We went to Amo on a Thursday night. The restaurant was bustling when we arrived, which is a good sign! The entrees and mains were exceptional, and the chocolate tort was fantastic as well. The service from the waiters was spot on as well. All in all a great place for dinner. The dinner was my date night with my significant other, and Amo was just the way like it being classy but not to formal. I would highly recommend the restaurant.

Had a really lovely dinner at Aro. The food was delicious, and portion size just right. The service was attentive, and the wine and cocktails list impressive. And it all looks so beautiful. We will definitely be back; there's stuff on the menu our picky 9 year old would eat, and adventurous things for us, so it will be perfect for a family meal as well as the lovely date night we had.

The food was good, the pizzas, pasta & starters were all very nice. The staff are very friendly & attentive. Overall its a nice dining experience.

Really enjoyable meal and setting. The one negative point is that the restaurant does not stock dairy free milk options, so my Friend who had enjoyed her DF and GF meal was unable to have a coffee with DF milk after her dinner. She had to opt for an espresso. Slight disappointment when the meals have had thought put into them to make them DF. Recommend almond milk or another alternative to be kept in stock for people who like milky coffee or drinks without dairy milk.

To kick-start the New Year, my sister and I hosted our extended family for dinner. A fab meal and great company went south in the final moments. We paid via Miles Life and left the restaurant. We were just about to enter the highway when we realized we weren't charged for a bottle of wine consumed. Concerned that our server might be in trouble or worse, get fired, went back to pay. We were just trying to do the right thing. When we came back, approached our server, explained the situation and got referred to the manager, not once during this period did they apologize for the mistake on their part not thank us for coming back to pay what was rightfully due. To make matters worse, we were given the original bill + wine... which didn't make sense, as we have paid and the transaction has been processed, he could have charged us for a bottle of wine on a separate receipt. Needless to say, we were aghast with the response to this situation and lack of customer service. We were made to feel like it was our fault which was unfortunate cause what originally was a nice evening left a bitter taste. Great food but the experience will definitely make me think twice about coming back.

This restaurant is great place for food and ambience. We loved everything we ordered, and especially appreciated the fact that they offered a gluten free menu. It was my son's birthday, and they provided a small complimentary dessert. We will definitely be going back.

This was for dinner on Christmas Eve. Restaurant was not full. Reasonably attentive staff, and the food and wine were well presented. Trusty Italian fare. I had a good experience, and will come back again.

Cozy Italian eatery. Authentic, we enjoyed their pizzas, pastas as well as their mains. Desserts were good!!! Especially the tiramisu (which was of a generous size) and their chocolate tart. Attentive service.

Service was a little lackluster and food was average, felt like it could do with more seasoning. Not sure i'll be rushing back. The best dish was the Tiramisu.

flavourful handmade pasta but was a little disappointed with the calamari (which was bland on its own though the tomato aoili dip provided some much needed taste)

It’s great food. The zucchini flower was amazing! The grilled beef is delicious. We also got complimentary limoncello on the house and espresso shot only because it came 5-10 minutes late. Which personally wasn’t a big of deal as the restaurant was really busy. The service is really great. Great experience! Would definely come back to try out other food.

Good food and drinks, with a comfortable ambience. The Central location and proximity to public transport makes it a perfect for a gathering after work.

A lovely experience with delicious food and friendly service. We had starters of calamari & tuna tartare, then octopus and pork. You must have the truffle fries - superb. It was my friend's birthday and they very kindly brought out delicious chocolate & lime dessert with a candle and writing. We'll be back!

Ambience was great. Loved the pizzas and pasta, Would love to go back again. Only problem is the parking was difficult and costly. Everything else was good.

Fabulous interior. Friend ordered squid ink pasta and she loved it while and I opted for iberico pork chop which was pretty well done. Love the thickness of the iberico pork and it's really juicy. Fried calamaris were one of the best we've tried. We also ordered a prosciutto pizza to try. Was disappointed in the pizza; looks way better than it tasted. The dough needs more flavouring and I prefer it thinner. Needs to stay in the stove longer.

It was a very pleasant experience. Food was great at the restaurant. Attentive service. Lovely bar to hang out as well for after drinks if one prefers something quiet.

- Took about 20mins to be seated even though we had reservation. - Not too attentive staff: Did not ask us if we want to sit at the bar and get a drink first while waiting for table. Had to wait a while before our champagne was opened, it just sat there for a while. - Food was decent, not exceptional. Ambience was good. Alcohol selection was good and cocktails were great. - Overall, I think it’s a decent place, but I can think of better pizza and better pasta elsewhere, so not sure I will be back.

Great food & customer service. Loved the burrata & spinach salad. Lot of options even for vegetarians. Will definately go back again. Adding to my list of favs!

The service was good, they have an extensive Gluten free menu, which is a real treat, and the ambiance is great. The only criticism I have, is that the food lacked seasoning, for my taste. I would definitely go again, and recommend to others.

This was our second visit and we had a great experience as much as the first time. We can’t choose our favorite dish in Amo as everything is amazing! I bet even the pizza dough without any toppings will be delicious, because the crust, texture and the amount it was placed in the oven is simply perfect! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends, and I would probably go there again soon!

Food always good here. Shared a mushroom pizza with 3 others. It was pretty good. Had the snapper for my main. it wasn't too bad but it was a little dry. Think I will stick to the chicken which I had on my last visit which was great.
