Food was actually pretty Good. And the ambience was lovely. Issue was the service. We ordered 2 mains - my husband's came and mind arrived 30 mins after; by the time it arrived, my husband was already done with his (thankfully I asked him to start eating). Mind you, we chased for the order 3 times and were only given a "its coming" response with no apology. And it was not a family-style meal. Hope service could be improved for sure before my next visit.
We had the mushrooms soup, chicken & risotto from the set lunch menu & it was yummy! The only disappointment was the dessert as there was no choice and the taste was not too good to our liking. Overall ambience was good although the service can be improved.
Very yummy food and the ambience is good. Not too crowded. Will be back to try the brunch items too and for the kids friendly activities on weekends
The menu is quite blunt. My bf was upset of the beef because full of fats. Its good that we get redwine instead to cover up our disappoinments. The double espresso is not so good coz we just feel we drinking only normal brewed coffee. The intensity and feature of the espresso was not there.
Peaceful and beautiful environment .. a good place to hang out with friends and family.food is nice as well.. if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful environment..it will be a perfect place
Restaurant with a nice environment which would have been perfect if not because of guests from other tables making too much noise. Staff could have been more friendly too.
The service and ambience was great. Is our 1st time there and was recommended by my colleague. My hub and myself enjoy the place and will definitely come back again.
The environment and atmosphere are nice. But I think the air-conditioner should have some problem cause the indoor dining is quite stuffy and warm. Staffs are polite, foods are above average. The reservation arrangement should be improved.
The service is excellent and the food layout is great . The lemon lava cake is a must try item even you are not a sweet tooth person .
I invited 5 colleagues for lunch at the Vineyard today. One of my colleague and I ordered the sea bass and both of us were quite disappointed with the flavour and texture. It has a frozen fish taste but we finished it anyway. My other colleagues ordered the chicken and they were under cooked. When I inform the waiter of the undercooked chicken, he just nodded his head and left. I do not want to spoil the lunch atmosphere so I just leave it as it is. The service is lacking. I used to frequent this restaurant but after today I will reduce the frequency of the visits.
Slow service with getting menus, then food and finally drinks. It wasn't even busy. We sat by a window that was grubby with a fly or two about. The resturant was a bit dirty and and food was not that great. Sadly we will not visit this establishment again.
This place serves excellent brunch and also has a cozy ambience. However you may need to wait a while for food to served together in large groups.
Service was fine. A pity escargot was not available as appetizer so we ordered Calamari, which turned out well. Enjoyed our main courses: Prawn aglio olio and king Salmon. We will visit again.
Food was good but not fantastic. The wait staff was great but they were severely under staff when we were there for Mother's Day, making it a long wait for our meal.
Great value-for-money set lunch in a lovely setting! There was a vegetarian option as well and the portion size was decent! Signed up for the Membership card because you get a $40 discount (the card membership is $25) the same visit plus two $30 vouchers to be spent within 2 months (min $100 spend). Pretty good deal.
We went there for Mother's Day celebrations. Food menu has well sorted choices, ambience is amazing and service is up to mark. Will go again.
Great service, amazing food and very nice location! The kids really enjoy the toys and we spent a super relaxing Saturday...I really suggest this place...
Lovely setting and the activities for the children were great for Easter Sunday. Food was good but service needs a little work with lack of leadership in the restaurant.
Food is consistently stellar with each of my visits here with my wife (we actually had our buffet wedding lunch reception here in Dec 2016). The onion soup and ribeye steak I had were very good, but I have a 5 out of 6 because their choice of knife cutlery for mains can be quite difficult to cut through the red meats. Other than that, it's pretty much the perfect place for both lunch or dinner, especially when you want a place with good ambience.
I booked a table for 6 persons for brunch. The food was marvellous, especially the Double Boiled Chicken Consomme and Baked Brie Fondue. The atmosphere is really soothing and comfortable too, with the greenery inside in the restaurant. Overall it is a wonderful experience dining there.
Upon entering we ordered still water from a waitress and she left to serve another table and forgotten abt us. Another waiter had to approach us to ask again. Seems like there is poor coordination between the waiters. Also, we Asked for bill 3 times and had to wait for 15-20mins before bill arrived.
Went with 16 pax. Food very nice! Ambience excellent. Though under staff I think, but staff very pleasant and nice. Warm day, and air con not strong enough.
Unable to contact the restaurant most of the time as they are busy. Managed to locate their corporate office contact and get the restaurant manager's mobile to request for changes. Overall I would say they are very good and very accommodating with our request.
Food was good but as always service is terrible. Been a few times now and every time service is slow. Won't be going again. Such a shame as location is amazing.
Servers are attentive. Atmosphere are so-so. Food variety can be slightly more. Great discount are given for wine. Restaurant can open slightly later. Eg 12am
Michelle, Staff of Vineyard was very helpful and understanding. Lunch hour is limited and Michelle allowed me to pre-order for our party of 8. Settling into Vineyard takes little effort with Michelle attended to us personally checking our seat order to align it with our pre-order emailed to her earlier. Food was served shortly after and we have ample time to enjoy our 2-3 course set lunch menu and even have time for team bonding game of cards. Kudos to Michelle for her understanding and eye for detail.
The food was a bit pricey but the quality was about average. The place was conducive for young children and for friends to catch up over a meal.
Ambient is nice and cost for a nice dinning. But got fly which annoyed me and my partner during dinning. Overall a really nice place to dine in. Will surely come here again.
Rib eye too salty Lamb rack no flavour Vineyard cocktail alcohol flavour too weak Cod mignon,Quattro formaggio, white wine mussel is good. Nice ambience. But understaffed.
Great ambience, good for quiet conversations. Baked brie, risotto and prime ribs were excellent. Lemon lava cake was ok, but served on a tile, which made eating difficult because the lava flowed off the tile into a mess on the table!
Good food and service, a little pricey but worth the experience. View is fantastic as well. Location wise a little out of the way but not too bad, suggest ubering or driving :)
Great location, good selection of food and reasonable service. Offers a set menu option menu for the lunch which makes it a very reasonable option too for a quick lunch away from the office
Standards have dropped since my last visit here a year ago. The chef's recommendation was quiet ordinary and does not rate a fine dining mark. The table service was also rather indifferent and laid back. It's a pity that a potentially fine dining experience in attractive surroundings is dashed by lacklustre delivery.
The ambience was nice. Food was good; the basil pesto pasta was very flavourful and the service staff were helpful in making recommendations and attentive.
We went for dinner. The restaurant had a very nice and zen atmosphere. The food was excellent. Nothing to critique. Oh, and we used amex card promo, 50% off the bill :)
Nice location and ambience. Friendly service and great Mocktails. Food was unfortunately bland and disappointing. Prices are fair. Still, a nice place for a family Sunday brunch.
Good restaurant, value for money with good atmosphere. Propose to brush up the table manner of staff. Also it is better to have a online reservation system if customers using vouchers from other online site are not allow to use Quandoo
The bouncy castle is extremely dangerous being only half full of air and service was unbelievably slow. Had brunch, food was ok but not worth the trip.
A quaint restaurant nestled amidst lush greenery, near, yet far away from the hustle and bustle of Alexandra Road. Highly recommended for a quiet dinner
Food was excellent however customer service was non existant. Staff that took our orders was rather rude. Will only return for the food. Ambience was good.
Great location and good food but will not return because of the unfriendly staff. The staff clearly prefers to be left alone as having to attend to the customers is a pain for them as reflected in their very angry faces.
The service and the quality of food was beyond our expectations. While the outdoor ambience was lovely, the ambience was ruined as our table was next to a stack of baby chairs, bottles, etc.
Poor customer service: service staff were very unwelcoming especially towards children and unattentive. Mediocre food: food was not cooked well and were served cold. Pizzas are the only okay ones on the menu. Overall the place and staff have a dead beat to them.
Good food and kid friendly. My God daughter fell head first into the pool outside the restaurant but it was not the restaurant's fault. It was also rather funny.
Ambience is good. However, few things: 1. Seat was wet when we arrived 2. Served wrong dish to us and we need to follow up for our dish 3. My Husband's main dish arrived but mine took alonger time to be served. Maybe short of service staff. Need improvement in their service.
When we arrived it was very messy because they just had a party. Miso cod was delicious, burrato not. They were not able to serve everything at the same time.
Positive experience when I went there for dinner. The service staff was polite and make the whole dining experience good. The surrounding enables you to take an enjoyable after walk.
Good ambience and beautiful location. Great for a romantic evening with your loved ones. Although food selection has reduced from my last visit, but the quality of food is still tip-top.
Good ambience and nice greenery environment! We bought Groupon voucher for 4 pax $138 with red wine. Food is Superb, we enjoying our birthday treat for hubby & son, they ❤️ & enjoying food. Beef stew is better than Salmon. Had recommended friends must try & highly recommend must order their Signatures salads, Tiramisu 👍👍👍
All of our meals were fantastic and the service was great as well. The surrounding area was beautiful and I am hoping I can make it back for lunch so I can enjoy the surroundings brings in the light. I also highly recommend the lemon lava cake, it was delicious
