We had a good server who recommended us nice dishes. We would recommend the signature Tono Cerviche and the "Pork Belly".
Superb food always! Best place for ceviche in Singapore. Great set lunch.
Found the food to be abit too pricey for the amount.
Great value for money, with plenty of variety for those looking for something besides ceviche
Great food! The Ceviche Tono has a perfect balance of complementary flavors and textures and the zesty note makes it wonderfully appetizing. A good restaurant to visit in a group and order many dishes to share and sample. The decor and music/noise level gives it a more lively/party vibe.
Service was excellent! Food was very tasty, but portions were really tiny. Price is not justified. For two of us, we shared 1 tapas, 1 snack, and 1 paella, and spent $103. Would only come back if we are feeling rich.
Food was good tho' its pricey. However my peruvian friend approved the taste! Boy, it sure was his comfort food.
Front of house staff need to better trained to assist new guests who arrive, especially those with a reservation. To achieve this, owner/manager should consider shifting the current main entrance to the other door, and have the tablet with the reservation list stationed at that entrance. Arriving at a door that is next to the Kitchen Pass is odd, and guests have no where to wait while the wait staff runs off to find the reservation list. Order of food served was wrong. Starter came 3rd amongst the 4 dishes we ordered. And wait-time between each dish was about 15-20 minutes. If guests are ordering small tapas plates for sharing, then each tapas dish shouldn't arrive close to when the first tapas dish is almost finished. The food is quite delicious. If the service and kitchen staff up'ed their game, I think Tono Cevicheria could offer a superb dining experience.
The food was really good. We had two ceviches, two snacks and three mains for the five of us to share. The portions are small though (even for mains) so we didn’t order enough. Overall a great experience great food but just a bit more pricey than expected, especially considering the portions.
Great food. Service is OK. Good for meatless Fridays. I
Service was good and had a great meals with my Friend
Lovely atmosphere and decor! Delicious Asparagus dish! Will surely patronize again😋
Is great to have a place in Singapore where you can eat a delicious "ceviche". Don´t miss the "alfajores", superb!
The good was really nice and authentic. That, together with the cozy and informal setting and the pleasant service made this a place I would highly recommend.
I really enjoyed Tono. The food was delicious and the design of the restaurant is so much fun! Love the music. Definitely going back!
I made the reservation to celebrate my wife’s birthday. I am happy I chose the place as the whole experience was memorable.
Unique dining place in Singapore. Great tasting food. Good service.
Great food and good service, Chef Daniel has done an excellent job. It’s fun and colourful, we will definitely go back!
Food was not bad but portion is really small for the price. Slightly high price for the kind of food and portion. Service was just normal
Nice presentation of food Happy with all the dishes from tapas to main Special mention to their pan fried dish ... done to perfection with the texture of the fish so soft that it almost melt in your mouth
Excellent food and service. We’ll be back for more. One
third time over at tono's, and it continued to surprise me. also, got to use my burpple vouchers and saved about $60bucks.
I love the variety of seafood at Toni. We had everything from a thin sliced octopus with tapenade to a bright crab and potato salad. The fish in the sudado was perfectly cooked and I would definitely have it again.
Average food in the lunch set, need to pay a lot of extra for better dishes and at the end it doesn't worth the money
Great service, knowledgeable waiters. The highest quality Peruvian food you can find outside of Peru! Great intimate atmosphere and good for groups or singles. My favorite restaurant in Singapore.
It’s my first visit to the restaurant to celebrate my daughter in law birthday. Both my son and daughter in law love the food and service. Thank you!
Nice fusion of food. Good variety of food and beverages.
Starter and Main plates were good. Dessert not so special. Service to be really improved. We were two and never received our plates at the same time...
The food was good, but the service is not and for this it is to pricey. Even after reservation received only table outside, did not reply to voicemail nor email beforehand.
Loved the food & atmosphere! My favourite was the tuna ceviche with the seafood rice as a close second! Will be back for sure! Thank you
Food was OK but nothing special. And for the price, services were very small. Kind of too fancy. Would I go there again? Most likely not.
Great tasting ceviches, also creative. Ask for their specialties. Staff were friendly and helpful. Chic, yet unpretentious. Tono is a great place for a place for a date.
Menu changed and portions smaller. service outside a bit slower than previous time we stay inside
We had Excellent food, good drinks, and a great time. Service was smooth and fast, but main star was the food and all tried dishes were great
Service is excellent, non intrusive, good advices. Food is above the top, as usual. The mix of tastes is alsways a delight. A must for foodies.
This is the perfect restaurant for a casual dinner with friends as the atmosphere is light and airy. The food is overall really great, from the bread to the ceviche to the main dishes. I highly recommend all the seafood dishes.
Food was good but unfotumately on the pricey side. As such, it will not be a place which I will frequent. Some food for thought.
Service is decent, ceviches are pleasant but not extraordinary (although in my companion's opinion, it is better than Tiger Milk's), the chicken skewers were forgettable and the seafood vegetable main was pleasant but again not very memorable. I guess I went with a pretty high expectation for extraordinary Peruvian food. His Spanish restaurant is much better.
Friendly service, nice ambience and food is very delicious. This is my second visit at Tono. And its just as good. Will come back again
The ambience in the restaurant is good. Though the variety is limited, food is tasty. They render good service. A place to revisit is recommended
Ceviche is delicious, ordered set lunch and happily paid extra for the ceviche starter. Service was good and attentive. Super recommend, specially for weekday lunch.
Friendly service. Delicious food. Fast service. A bit pricey though. You get what you pay. Bread with olive oil was served as complementary appetiser. Didn’t have dessert.
If reserved tables are allocated in the outdoor area, staff should inform customer prior or when checking on the booking confirmation. Food is generally interesting and great! Overall we enjoyed the experience!
We had a really good classic ceviche and seafood jalea. Beef anticuchos were very tasty and The environment is really nice. Highly recommended if you are looking for a mixed of flavors.
We had a lovely time and the staff even went the extra mile making our anniversary lunch extra special. The food was delicious and authentic! Will be back again.
Excellent service and great hospitality from the staff. Food was beautifully plated. One of our Favourite was the Beef dish! Ambience was fun and relaxing too.
This is our second visit to the restaurant and we find is getting better than the first time when we have our first peruvian dishes
2nd time at Tono. Service is friendly and food is absolutely fantastic. Really fresh seafood with bold flavours. Mains are excellent as well. Though pricey, you can get 1 for 1 dishes with Burpple Beyond. So definitely worth it. Will be back!
After living in Singapore for 4 months, I was craving some home food and then ran into this place. Amazing food, the taste was really authentic, it really tastes like home.
So-so. Overpriced. Ceviche is more like a carpaccio - thin slices of fish and the marinate is not punchy enough. A far cry from good Peruvian food in Peru.
