In a secret and in a hiding place, the library attempts to delight diners with a creative menu and tableside service.

Love the ambience. It is quiet and peaceful in the late afternoon for a good rest.

Worth checking out the bar before heading over for food.

Overpriced. Ordered the lobster dish which cost 50bucks..but the portion was so miserable that i wouldnt purchase it again. Burger though tasted nice wasnt worth 30bucks. After the meal dint feel full at all. Worse of all, when we used the entertainer 1 for 1 app the staff insisted on charging us for the lobster and giving the burger free even though we ordered 2 sets of lobsters.

Great ambience, great food, and excellent service! The scotch eggs are a must try, as is the burger and the donut (according to the waiter it'll make you very happy, and it did make my date and me very happy indeed). Would come back again!!

French toast was prepared and served in an interesting way and it was delicious. Service was excellent too. However, Entertainer app could not be used on a Saturday Lunch.

food portion is small. but overall quite tasty. not as cheap as I though would be. but still ok value. best is the dessert--the caramel cream donut.

It was fine, food was enjoyable. We were more interested in the bar next door - and it was nice of the Study staff to provide us with instructions to borrow the washroom at the Library.

Great atmosphere. Food is good. Had the fish and chips. Mussels and scallops as starter. Recommended. Made reservations however all the tables are full and we were placed by the bar/open kitchen where the chefs are cooking. Can get rather warm.

This is a great brunch place to hang out with friends. Book in advance since there are limited seatings within the study. Next to it is a bar

Great ambience and service. A good place to relax if you are not in a hurry, as food can take quite a while to be served. Also on the pricey side.

Restaurant ambience was good and service was great! Food wise it tasted ok - wished that it had more selection thou. Overall experience was a good one.

I made reservation at the study but was told the place was full and we can dine with the same menu at he library which is right next door. Having never been to both places , I didn't see any issue with it. When we arrived at the library , i was taken in by their unique decor. Something I never never been or seen in Singapore ....... However as we waited for the food , more and more people came in and it got crazy loud. I could barely talk to my friends without shouting. We wanted to just get our food and get the hell out of there. The service and food were good ( except for the scallop ) but next time I make a reservation , I am going it's actual at the study.

Nice food. Good service. Odd that bathrooms were next door. Value is .....? Hmmm. Nice China town location. If you need to book, you can try here.

very delicious food and the waiter serving us is very professional; semi fine dining style and they changed all our table setting after we finished the appetizer course! unexpected great service in such a cosy reastaurant!
