The Cliff
1. Club Matera at The Cliff: This is a new dining concept in a collaboration between the Michelin-starred Matera team headed by Chef Bjoern Alexander and Chef Paolo Benedet.
2. Duration: This 3-month pop-up is from 9 October to 31 December 2024
3. Menu highlights:
* Philosophy of Italian cuisine with Chinese and Japanese influences
* Homemade fresh pasta and fresh seafood (e.g. Dumpling with red prawn, dried scallop, XO sauce / Spaghettini with crab, tomato, caviar / Ravioli with short rib, smoked ricotta, Szechuan olive /Whole Red Prawn, binchotan, XO sauce, prawn toast / Cod Fish with bell pepper, donabe, dried scallops)
* The Cliff signature dishes (e.g. Grilled Octopus / Bucatini Carbonara / Pork Pluma)

6. About The Cliff:
a. The Cliff is situated next to the Sofitel Pool and our boardwalk, where guests can take 132 steps down to Tanjong Beach.
b. Chef de Cuisine Chef Paolo Benedet, a native of Pordenone, Italy and now based in Singapore for over 10 years, brings his culinary expertise to The Cliff, with a focus on Southern Italian cuisine.
c. The Cliff has 2 Private Dining Rooms, making it ideal for corporate events, weddings and dinners. Be it a cocktail reception or a set meal, our chefs can create customised menus for the occasion.
d. At the outdoor deck every evening from 5pm to 7pm, diners can take in views of the sunset in the horizon as they partake in the Sunset Aperitivo, with a choice of free-flowing house wine, draught beer, and Prosecco along with a platter of canapés. The Sunset Aperitivo is priced at $98++ per person.
