Slow, inattentive service. Food was alright, but we had to ask multiple times for the table to be cleared, for water refills, for dessert etc.

Good food, especially the lamb which was very tender. Worth stopping over if you're in the area. The server at our table was also very helpful, she even advised against the tiramisu because the serving size is, well, 'cute' :) Go for the other desserts instead.

Yummy food and great service! Recommend everyone to try the wagyu steak, had it medium rare and it was really tender. The lunch set is really worth it at ard $13.

It's our second visit to this restaurant. Good food but I'm not sure for this second time visit seems like their service is drop. Maybe it's because is Friday and more crowded compare to weekdays. So we all feel like being neglected. Especially after we have done the bill and asking for top up water. We have to wait for another 15 mins. That's not a fantastic service. Hope they can improve. Great portions and nice place for a gathering. Salmon was a little dry. Lava chocolate cake didn't 'flow'... in summary, good prices and great tastes!

We used the NS Celebratory Gift for our anniversary dinner. It's a 3-course dinner - Trofie with mushrooms (this is really good), option of Beef Cheek or Sea Bass, and Tiramisu (favourite!) with a glass of Prosecco each. It was a very good dinner with friendly staff. Glad that we chose to dine here. We'll be back.

Food was great, portion was just nice, waiting time was about 5 - 10 minutes, staff was friendly and helpful, service standards up to par.

I went for lunch with a few of my colleagues. The online booking system is really convenient and reliable. Food is amazing too. Worth trying!

Lunch menu was very good value for money. Food was good, and came extremely fast -- we suspect the food were all pre-cooked, and they just dish it out when ordered. Restaurant couldn't do anything special e.g. a free slice of cake, for my friend who was celebrating her birthday there. It also became incredibly noisy once the lunch crowd built up. It's a nice place, but not a place I will make an effort to return to.

Big plates promotion for lunch is fantastic. Big portions of hearty food and delicious sauces for the vegetables / salad. Service was good and prompt.

Overall, the food and service was good. Lunch sets are pretty good value - the salmon and baked chicken were good. The pork was a bit too tough. The appetizers are rather pricey. Prawn with carrot mash was good but over priced.

My group was happy with the food quality and impeccable service, despite the large crowd. We were whisked in very quickly and given a nice table for 8. Food came quickly and drinks were recommended. Will visit again!

there is $15 pasat on certain days. although the pasta was nice, it lacked ingredients. nice and cosy. beer and good price. but i thinkk need more ingredient.

Waiters were very accomodating and patient. Displayed excellent customer service even though we asked for a chamge of table several times to avoid smoke and large music. Food was great too!

Good western food at reasonable price, service is nice even during busy hours. Good variety of dishes and a mix of meat and fish. Could work on the vegetarian options and it does get a bit noisy when the restaurant is fully booked.

Pasta menu could do with simple english explanations. Mostly cream versions. Tasty but very small portions for ala carte. Entertainer app would be a plus for 1-for-1. Tiramisu @ $12 is a tad sweet but generous portion.

The price is very affordable, nice ambience for 2 or gatherings for a small group. The staffs are attentive and friendly and services prompt. However, the food was sub-standard. I ordered the beef stew and was disappointed. It was tough and chewy. Unlikely to return.

It was very difficult finding the place, especially if you're unfamiliar with the area. Clearer directions ought to be given on the website, particularly since there was construction and cladding that made pedestrian access very difficult. Food was good though service was rather spotty.
