Overall is ok, wise choice and quite prompt even on lunch peak hours
The ambience is good and the food is good too. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and family. Overall, the experience is a good one.
Food was good. Great value for money. But the service is slow and disorganised. The system was a little confusing so that we lost track of what we had ordered or was coming to us. Ended up with more food than we wanted because we had to re-order. Overall, worthwhile because it is good value for money.
Food: Poor (Chicken skewer and chicken wings all are frozen food. The soup did not taste very light and the fried foods very salty. Tomato salad very classic. Just 3 slice tomato and sesame sauce. No standard) Environment: Small Service: Very slow (The food component has been very little. After finished the first plate you need to waiting 10-15 minutes. In the time you waiting you will feel full) Sashimi: Fresh (Maybe I'm a buffet customer. The fish slice very small like we order the seafood salad. Feel like to eat the cat food) Not recommend. This is my first and the last time. Not worth it. Very disappointed.
The service is good and the food are fresh. The small room provided much privacy for gatherings. The set meals are worth a try, especially for lunch.
Satisfied with the food and serving portion, though small portion but just nice and no food wastage. Food taste good and fresh and come with free flow of choice of drinks.
Service extremely slow. Waited for 45 minutes, served less than 5 plates of what I ordered. Rushed the boss. 10 minutes later, a ( O N E ) mere cucumber handroll came. Told the boss off. Service sped up. They could have served at that rate without the customers getting angry. Saw several customers leave due to the slow service. They seem to prioritize those who are not on buffet. About 5 tables were fully served. Their bento sets and elaborate meals. During this period. We got served less than 5 plates. Food not too amazing.
