We loved the embience and the food.specially mashroom bharwa as we were looking for something jain food staffs made us comfortable with their kind help.

Food is good but not upto the expectation. When you have a place next to riverside and such great ambience but the food does not match up, Its a bit disappointing.

Your garlic naan was good but the butter garlic naan was a bit oily for me. The Masala tea did not really bring out the nice aroma of good masala tea. The butter chicken was quite good but the fish was average

Food is always good in RAS, we got outside place to sit and environment was awesome, all the staffs are very good, we enjoyed a lot.

Excellent food and service. The entire experience is not only amazing but satisfying too. Chicken Tandoori is a must have and was paired with a lovely Chilean wine.

The staff are quite nice and prompt. The food is good but the inside of the restaurant sometimes the AC is too cold

Wanted to rate this as one of the top choice of Indian Restaurant. Awesome food. A little pricey but everything else is first class. Will definitely want to recommend this restaurant when any of our guests were to request for Indian culinary.

Good food- light and not heavy! Which is a good sign of home cooked meal. The service was good and attentive. The seating outdoors need to be improved- it is too close to the next tables and you feel congested.

The waiters were confused in bringing the right order to the table. Wrong dishes Kept on coming to the table on several occasions. Finally, we had the veg platter whc was brought to us in place of the non veg platter whc was ordered!

cosy ambience, friendly staff and the food was good. Lamb Briyani was delicious and the fish Tikka was real tender and spicy Overall will recommend friends to dine at RAS

As such it was a nice experience. Food was good - we ate Mughlai food Service was prompt and was well attended to Noise level was not high No attached rest room is a limitation The cost was affordable I would like to recommend to others if they want a moderately expensive Indian restaurant

RAS The Essence Of India is the nice Indian restaurant on the banks of Clarke Quay. Great location with fine dining. I would recommend it to my family and friends.

It’s in good location, nice river view, food was good, it was nice service, I liked chicken tikka, fish tikka, biryani, butter naan and romali roti :)

I used to go RAS, Clarke Quay once in 3 months, Food was very good as usual, but costly, we enjoyed the evening, staffs are also co-operative.

Very good restaurant with nice ambience by the Singapore river. Food is very tasty but will pinch ur pocket a little . Keep up Ras

Nice ambience!! Good service!! And some delicious food 😊😊 Pricing is a little on the higher side, but otherwise definitely worth a visit!! Choices of veg starters was limited.

RAS has Good North Indian food delicacies but overall is very expensive. Deser options seems to be very limited . Also during lunch looks empty

Good place for an evening with friends and colleagues. A bit on expensive side. But good experience though the fish Vindaloo was not as good as rest of the dishes

Awesome food with Great Ambience and really taste so good. I bet cant find good taste of Indian food anywhere else in Singapore. its very crowded as I visited them on valentines day. it was a memorable valentines day with bit pricey menu but it worth it. for better knowledge of price 2 person will cost you around S$150.00 with 3 glasses of wine. will surely go again but need to reserve before otherwise waiting time around 1 hour. lucky yesterday I reserved my table :-)

The ambience was very good and food was certainly enjoyable. The outside seating, when the weather permits, is something that everyone can enjoy. The service was certainly up to the mark.

The food is good, but the inside ambience can be improved considering the prices. The service is very good. Also some more variety in vegetarian main course dishes.

According to my Japanese boss who loves curries, the restaurant is very nice. Good for office dinner / gathering. Food was not that great especially the curry.

With their hospitality, I was able to have a very good time with my family. Their dishes served were nicely cooked according to my taste as I asked them. Will come again soon.
