Excellent food, good friendly service in a lovely location. Food is pricey, but if you pay peanuts, you buy peanuts. Would definately recommend Quayside Seafood.

Zeer mooie locatie, goed eten en snelle bediening. Niet een restaurant waar ik heel vaak heen zou gaan aangezien het best aan de prijs was maar zeker fijn voor een keer.

Ambience was nice. The food can be better. Ordered Kung Po bull frog, drunken prawns, sambal stingray and sambal squid. The frog and the prawns were tasty. Stingray and squid were overcooked. More room for improvement! “) Press on. Staff were very friendly. Thank you for the service.

Excellent service. The staff is friendly and responsive. Perhaps the best location tucked away in a corner. Good food. Just a bit pricey, though portion sizes are good.

Excellent seafood but not fine dining marquee location and pricing as expected. Service good natured. Shame oysters not flagged as Canadian on menu, Crab upfront Sri Lankan. Treat as a treat.

Well the seafood was great . Staffs were friendly but the cocktails that ordered was a bit dissapointing. We have been ordered double shots but the pour was only 1 and half shot. Plus, it was not cheap , 22 sg per glass. We had 8 glasses.

Lovely setting. Pretty pricey for what the food was. Nothing wrong with the food per se but at these prices I anticipated higher quality as there are many dining options along the river.

The staff here are absolutely fabulous, and there is no denying they have great food, BUT it is brutally expensive so be prepared to pay BIG time. Lovely setting though

Seafood was good. I have been here many times before, seems to have become VERY overpriced. Would not give us Iced water, had to buy - under the premise of health concerns - I go to Singapore at least 6 times a year and know that is rubbish, No wet towlettes any more, They seem to have really lost their way and I felt like they have become a "let's rip off the tourist" venue - big shame..

Wonderful. We had brought our friends from Canada-party of 6. It was an amazing experience for them- first we enjoyed the Riverfront seating, the delicious dishes (we ordered many )-our guest loved each dish! The service was great-and attentive! Of course the whole evening was pricey--but it was worth it. Our guests left Singapore with this amazing dining experience- and very grateful to have been treated to Singaporean cuisines in a very lovely setting by the Singapore River. Amazing. Thank you.

Still very nice, but food was better 12 months ago. Nut as much seafood in seafood dishes as previously would expect more from the price.

Generally the service attitude is stiff, but today, I was pleasantly surprised. happy with service. Food continues to have the same good standard. Booked table through quandoo for the first time and it was perfect - table was ready even though we arrived 15 mins early. I have generally struggled to get a river side table, but today was delighted to get that.

Constantly understaffed, but still the best chili crab in Singapore! A bit inconvenient with the bathroom being located across the street, but its worth it given the prime location of the restaurant.

My first visit and I was not impressed...perhaps they should have let me order the cracked pepper. We made reservations for 3PM on the website, when we arrived they told us they did not open until 4PM so we waited. Arrived promptly at 4PM, I originally wanted the cracked pepper and the wait staff convinced me to try the chili sauce which was the signature version, so I did. My girlfriend ordered garlic crab...I received my chili sauce crab (sauce/crab was just barely room temperature and that was with 2 tables in the restaurant), the other order took much longer to bring out...we ate off the chili sauce which was not spicy like promised (I mentioned to the wait staff and really no response) until the garlic crabs came out and it was a bit on the dry side.

I went to Clarke Quay with colleagues to Quayside Seafood restaurant for dinner 16 February 2016 and The chilli mud crab was nice but expensive at $7.50 Singapore per 100grams and our two crabs came in at $210.00 Singapore for the dish plus another crab and egg yoke dish at $100.00 Singaporean dollars so i thought that was expensive. I compared this to the duck lunch that I had nearby for $10.00 which was delicious. The location is okay as on the opposite side of the river there are construction works which distract from the ambience. The decor is starting to get tired and is need of a refresh. Don't get the hot and cold treasures for the entree as this dish was terrible and we couldn't even recognise some of the food on the plate. Overall a disappointing evening hence the two star rating. Try one of the many other restaurants nearby.

The staff were generally helpful and friendly and that about where the positives end. The menu is a mess, far too many options to be able to do anything well. Prices are exorbitant, which is not a bad thing provided the quality of the food justifies it. In this instance it doesn't even come close. In short, overpriced, poor quality food, no continuity in the menu and not overly clean. Burger King is possibly a better option.

I have visited this restaurant quite a few times over the years. In the past it has been generally quite good and the food enjoyable, if a little bit expensive. I took my lady companion there on 3rd May to celebrate my birthday. She, being Vietnamese, dressed in her ao dai for the occasion. As it turned out, it was quite the worst restaurant experience I have had since coming to live in Singapore 8 years ago. Where do I start............ 1. The waitress who served us...if she was happy to see us she had a great skill in hiding it! downright hostile is an apt description. 2. Had to ask for a napkin half way into our starter dishes. 3. The food was good, except for the "seafood" fried rice which was horrible with large pieces of fish with skin on hacked into pieces and added. yuk! 4. Anyway, my companion and I were forced to eat the rice together off the big serving dish it arrived on; no rice bowl was forthcoming. 5. The staff seemed to be in a constant state of panic racing around the place, which did not lend itself for a tranquil meal 6. The head waiter, (I think it was his role) when asked for a finger bowl told us to "wait a minute" rather brusquely. So we did so for a lot more than more than a "minute" with our fingers dangling in the air. 7. Other (most) tables had a small flower arrangement, ours did not. All in all an unforgettable dining experience - or should I say one to be forgotten! terrible value for $274. I did point these issues out to the manager on our departure and to be fair to him he had only been there a week he said. But to be "fair" to us, the customers, that should not make any difference. It is very doubtful that I would ever contemplate going there again either with friends or for business clients. I would never recommend this place to anyone

THE FOOD WAS GOOD ....AND SITTING ON THE WATER IS VERY NICE ....THOUGH THE WAIT STAFF WAS PLEASANT THEY LACK IN SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE . NO ONE HAD A CLEAR IDEA OF WHAT WAS AVAILABLE AT THE BAR OR COULD EXPLAIN DISHES ON THE MENU . AND ONCE ORDERS WERE PLACED THEY HAD TO INFORM US THEY WERE OUT OF CERTAIN ITEMS AND COULD NOT PROVIDE THAT DISH ON AT LEAST TWO ORDERS . THIS WAS AFTER WE HAD ASKED IS THERE ANYTHING WE SHOULD NOT ORDER .....SINCE WE ALREADY HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE BAR. ALL OF THESE THINGS ADDED TO MAKING IT A LESS THAN ENJOYABLE DINING EXPERIENCE .
